Apologies for the occasional lag seen throughout this video. SB REALLY hated being recorded by OBS on my PC, but there were moments in my recording I really wanted to use.
I love how the one guy that always gives games with bad reputation a chance and is generally so positive and upbeat is the guy who’s persona is a goblin from hell
It works, Clyde is honestly one of my favorite parts about this channel. Just the small details, the horror he brings, and that smile always makes me happy.
Skyrim isn't just popular because it's a good game, it's also popular because sometimes the dragon you just killed falls on a guard and when you talk to him he'll say "careful, there's dragons around," while standing in a dragon skeleton
I don't want a Skyrim where I don't fall through the ground sometimes, or get to steal stuff by putting a bucket on someone's head, or hear the same lines of dialogue a billion times.
I mean. This is why i describe skyrim as "possibly the worst game i ever played. and my absolute favorite" It owuld genuienly be less enjoyable to me if it was better quality wise, It's failures at even the most basic aspects are what make the whole enjoyable, If any part of it was better, It would feel dragged down by the rest. But that doesn't happen, because it's failures are uinversal, and so is the fun that causes.
Roxy's insecurities about her place in the band really appeals to me when thinking about how there's still some evidence of Foxy around (the cut outs and plushies). She knows she replaced a beloved character, so she tells herself that she's just as liked, if not more. Everyone loves you, you're the best. Because of you can replace someone, then someone else can just as easily take your spot.
This is why I like the game, it makes the robots have some "true" character it seems that's not really affected by a ghost. And if you think about it, Roxy isn't the only one trying to find a way to cope. But the whole band is affected. Think about it: Chica (despite being a robot) is trying to cope by eating in excess even trash, and Monty is a ball of anger who's past time is destroying his green room. Not sure about Freddy, maybe he's stuffing it down and trying not to let it get to him. Oh gosh, imagine this: Roxy replaced Foxy, then Monty replaced Bonnie. This leaves Chica in a total freak out as two of the original band members were replaced, this leaves only her since there is no way Freddy will get replaced. So the band copes in unhealthy ways; Monty (naturally aggressive to start) lashes out by trashing his room because he recently took the place of someone else, Roxy assures herself in the mirror that she is too loved to be cast aside like Foxy probably was, and Chica tries to ignore her fear by stuffing her beak with anything that she can get her hands on. Freddy himself is aware he is safe, but I feel he does worry for his friends. He used to have 6 friends (Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, Roxy and Monty), now he's lost 2 of them, which is why he doesn't want to bring harm to them in order to upgrade himself. Doing that, he'll lose them all.
10:28 So, fun fact, that Monty up there is no ordinary Monty. He is a special Monty who fans have affectionately come to name "Giga Monty." Normally, he's up there 'operating' the searchlight, however, if he ever gets down from his perch for whatever reason and becomes alerted to Gregory's position, he will, no matter where you are, no matter whether you are inside Freddy or not, home in on your position in a mad dash with the best pathfinding of any animatronic in the game and will never leave you alone. So your joke about him having eyes like a hawk is not entirely off the mark. :P I strongly empathize with your outlook on flawed games, by the way. It's so strange to me why people can't just enjoy something and have to constantly compare it to what everyone else thinks to derive enjoyment from it.
@Khanrahk the Scarlet Goat (Common sense arc) Security Breach is a flawed game, yeah. But people often allow the thought of a game being 'objectively bad' to make their mind up for them even if they're curious about it, or want to try it out. The flaws aren't going to go away if you end up liking it, sure, but it's not gonna hurt you if you end up liking a bad game. People often treat it as something to be ashamed of, rehersing the opinions and critiques of others instead of their own.
I actually think Chica has a lot more personality than you think! In the beginning cutscene where Freddy glitches out, you can see Chica look up at him concerned and even run over to him when he collapses. Her dialogue suggests that she’s normally very kind and peppy, with her instead of either demeaning or vaguely threatening Gregory, she says comforting things a lost child would normally wanna hear
I like to think that her (along with the other Animatronics) that her Personality levels got Shifted! Instead of her looking like the Gymnastic Valley Girl with an upbeat mentality! She instead becomes a gluttonous she’ll of her former self! I think like Roxy and Freddy, had the Devs had more time, they could’ve easily have fleshed her character out abit more. Cause really, the Animatronics from this game Are Great!
I never noticed chica running over to Freddy but god that's an amazing detail, the other animatronics being more concerned than staff about Freddy is just such an adorable touch
It’s interesting how over the course of this game you take the thing that each animatronic values the most. Roxy’s the most obvious with you taking her eyes, no longer able to see in general, and herself. Monty, you take away his claws, given to him so he can play the Bass. You take away his ability to be in the band. With Chica you take their voice box, but in order to do so you shatter her beak. Without her beak she can’t eat properly.
Roxy realible skill. Monty's Purpose. Chica's Love for food, and ability to communicate with those she cares for(This I add as i saw her and Freddy as the parents of the friend group.)
One thing I think the game definitely missed out on was showing dynamics between the animatronics They have such defined personalities and relationships, yet there's only one moment where we see their personalities be dynamic with each other (Roxxie telling Freddy to get out of her room when she's crying)
That made me sad. Sun especially got EXTREMELY little time to shine, yet he made such a HUGE impact that there’s a whole fandom around the celestial bots; a fandom that came about solely because they didn’t have a lot of time to interact with the other characters (and one I’m sad to admit I got sucked into). A lot of fanfics in that fandom focus on their brotherly relationship, how they interact with the other bots in the plex, why Moon is so much more unhinged than any of the other bots, and how each animatronic view their lives! The fandom has given these characters a life of their own based solely on the lack of character interaction in the game, itself!
@@MollyMargolisBillCipherIsBae hey don’t be ashamed of the things you enjoy! It’s harmless and a lot of fun, don’t say you’re sad you got sucked into it. I’m not super into that specific little sub-fandom myself but I do enjoy those characters and it is fun to see everyone’s creative take on them. :)
The only thing I really have wrong with it is that vanny means pretty much nothing to the story, and I wouldn’t mind something like that normally if not for the fact that vanny was in almost all of the promotional material and before it came out.
I liked the prediction early on that Gregory was running from Vanny instead of Vanessa. The plot involved Vanny holding kids hostage in the mall, with Gregory working alongside Freddy to save them. Vanny needed a completely different song and dance than the one we got for her to be interesting.
This is why I love Pastra, he doesn't constantly complain or be negative, especially in an age where gamers complain about pretty much anything and everything. And he has an upbeat, positive outlook on things. 'Being allowed to enjoy whatever you want', I've never related to something more in my entire life. The absolute cesspool that is the gaming community NEEDS more people like you
Hell yes!! Like I personally wasn't a big fan of SB (there's a lot I do like about it! But it's for sure not my favourite yk) But I get SO dang annoyed when I see people crapping all over anyone who does enjoy the game. Or just crapping on people for enjoying things in general. I don't understand it at all! Just let people like what they like! This guy is a breath of fresh air and I am so here for it :3
@@justanothercomment Because people like you who are somehow happy they got scammed into a buying a game that is both broken, undone, and never will be done. You are the reason the average gaming experience is just pure awful now and somehow you're ok with this game being pure shit and having no soul.
Ikr when it came out everyone were like this sucks this is so disappointing like they just can't appreciate what they have got even if it was not what was promised it's still something really big for the franchise and just good enough to be enjoyable
@@New3DSLuigi364this is what I was looking for. I get that people want disturbing and gory things but there’s new kids who like FNAF now. They just want FNAF to like age with them I guess.

As well as the Reveal of Glamrock Bonnie's CANON Design[NGL. . . I kinda Like that he resembles Richard Simmons]
My favorite era of this game was right when it came out. Watching FusionZGamer upload videos on it every 30 minutes with each one feeling magical and wonderful was truly amazing.
It was legit, the same with me. Except with Cory and Dawko. Those two were hilarious to watched. Especially Cory. “With your dehydrated chicken feet!” Also Cory: Let see here. Chica or Roxy? Which one do I like more? Which one? You are outta pocket. Straight out of pocket.
10:35 fun fact, that monty isn't stuck, he's actually an asset from early development who manned a spotlight which was in gameplay a while back and now he just stays there. he also can be duplicated by unloading the main stage area which makes a copy of the spotlight monty drop below him which is called giga monty, AstralSpiff made a video about this and idk if it's been patched yet
I can't believe it's been a year since SB was released. This was the game that brought me back to the fandom. Is it messy? Yes but it has it's charms and the glitches are funny. I love this game so much, and has knocked down SL as my number one favorite FNAF game
10:35 He isn't stuck, he spawns up there. That's Giga Monty, a broken version of Monty that perma-agros, and has better pathing than any other animatronic. If you deload the main stage area when he's there, he'll fall, the game will notice that no one is where he should be, and create a new Giga Monty duplicate. He is very dangerous.
I said this once in the past and I’ll happily say it again. If the pizzaplex was a real place, I’d 100% want to visit it. It looks like such a fun, colourful and diverse place, and I’d absolutely jam along to any of music man’s remixes
I honestly just want a day mode, where you can just run through the pizzaplex and have fun with the various games and stuff and explore the public areas.
Honestly whenever I play a game for the first time, I’m almost always genuinely starstruck and in love with it. While security breach isn’t one of my favorites, it created a super memorable experience that I don’t think I’ll EVER forget
Hey Pastra! I’m someone who is terrified of horror games but endlessly intrigued by them so I mostly experience them through people who actually play them. Like you! And you have quickly become my favourite TH-camr (never thought I’d have one). Your infinite charm and kindness has really touched me. You’ve now inspired me to be more open to everything and not let my quick judgement of something potentially ruin my future happiness. Life is too short to not look for joy in every corner you can. Thanks Pastra. Hope you have a great day (and all the days after too).
For me, I think it's because to some extent they see the other side of being a monster. Some horror games are based on just being victims of real life monsters, binding of Isaac and his mother being a good example of this. Horror also tends to show the path of potential reasons why someone might wind up being a not wholesome person.
Pastra gives every game a chance regardless of public reception and is one of the kindest, most positive, most genuine guys ever. *His persona is also a literal spaghetti demon monster.*
The main thing I like about sb is that it felt like the first fnaf game in awhile where Freddy felt like an actual big character and not just a freddy to have in the game just because it's called Five Nights at Freddys
“Loving something in spite of its flaws” is a lesson I had to learn the hard way when I was a younger person. I let what other people thought dictate the fanfic I used to write, even if it was at odds with what I wanted to write, because I didn’t want to be seen as writing “OOC” and therefore bad. But I went against myself in doing it. I’m struggling now to fall in love with writing again in general, and it’s sad. I’m in a much healthier place now, having transitioned and starting to get official diagnoses on neurodevelopmental conditions I’ve suspected contributed to my meltdown(s), but I wish I could go back and change things. I wish I could have just…allowed myself to love what I wrote regardless of what others thought.
"I may be cringe, but I am free" probably my favourite sentence to exist. sure i talk about fnaf and minecraft 95% of my time but i am Free and Happy so who cares getting diagnosed is a tedious and sometimes scary process, i am so proud of you !! good luck on your journey, and hope you find that passion again, whether it's in writing or in something else
I think…I might. Be where you were. I want to write and post OC x canon, because I have an idea I love, but… …well. I sure every fanfic writer has had some unnamed guest account kick them in the nuts, but I’d only been posting for a month when I had my first comment. I was so excited to see what they said. It was on a chapter where one of the characters had an intense, incomprehensible nightmare, and it was meant to be that way, it drove the plot, it was funny in parts. I thought it was *good.* but then, I saw the comment, and it was one word long. “What?” And I could feel my heart crunch. It was…honestly horrible. I was just starting out, I’d been so excited, I wanted people to like my work. I wanted people to love it, and the only comment I have to this day is that one. That one, stupid guest account that keeps mocking me. After that I kept making changes, rewriting things, trying not to be stupid or dumb or cringe. But that just grew a fear of posting, and writing too. I thought something was wrong with my motivation, that I had to *try harder.* but that just burnt me out more. That thought pattern started slipping into other fanfiction that I wasn’t even posting, and my original one very nearly died. I stopped writing new chapters and just kept revising, rewriting, fixing changing- stalling. But then, I got some advice. Good advice, from a user called ‘imemyself.’ They told me to not care about the audience, to write things that I wanna be proud of, that I love. To write for me. And I do want to write for me- I’m still working on developing that mindset, both in my fanfiction and in my novel. and, after reading what you’ve said, I’m going to work even harder. I’m going to write it, I’m going to post it, and even if nobody sees it or even likes it, it’s gonna be there. Thank you.
I love the key message here: Don't be deterred by someone else's opinion on a game. This hits home as I'm a big fan of titles like Star Citizen, Biomutant or Anthem and I enjoyed these games despite their flaws. Very nice, Mr. Demonman!
@@wesleyward5901 its one of those games were it aint the destination, its the journey. had a blast doing sidequests and just world hopping(and system hopping ofc) 90% of time
One of my most favorite aspects of the game is the soundtrack. I feel like its so underrated. I like how a lot of the sections of the pizzaplex has its own tracks because it adds even more personality to each location. During any time where you are hiding or running from an animatronic, the music is programmed very well to add tension in the right places. I also think the ambient music is well written. Not to mention the iconic main theme that plays throughout the game. Overall an extremely diverse soundtrack! Major props to Allen Simpson and others.
@@moldybanana279 Hope I wasn't coming across a certain way lol! Just was trying to inform is all. I actually thought myself that riskin did all the music for SB but was pleasantly surprised. I do know riskin helped like you said so, that's pretty neat. I will say regardless.. its really nice to see Riskin's music complimented. He's such a great composer! Really did set the mood for the entries in the franchise.
You got mad guts and dedication for making this and that's much-appreciated. Crazy to believe it's been a year, huh? In a way this kinda feels like the ultimate sequel to your "In Defense Of FNAF 3" video, Springtrap thumbnail and all! You've accomplished so much, dude, it's nuts. Massive props, and here's to a great 2023!
The daycare section is easily my favorite part of the game. For me this section felt very immersive. Most of us have been to a place like this when we were younger. And now we’re back but this time it’s dark, there’s no one there besides you and the thing that is hunting you. That sense of familiarity made me more immersed in a fnaf game then I ever had besides help wanted.
security breach's visuals and atmosphere is what makes it such an enjoyable game in my experience, the daycare section also made for such a memorable first gameplay section and sun and moon's designs are probably my favourite of the entire game. while it definitely can be improved on, i think there's a lot that security breach did well that shouldn't be overlooked (:
@@snakesbakecookies that's right, my bad. i guess i didn't consider it since it serves as more of a tutorial but it is the first gameplay section for sure.
I’m glad I’ve finally found other people who enjoy Security Breach, I absolutely adore this game (especially the interactions between Freddy and Gregory! Father son goals fr.)
@@spotlite7779 Sadly I’ve never played it since I don’t have the right type of computer or console, but I’ve watched a ton of play throughs and I genuinely love it so much
Ive been a a FNAF fan since FNAF 1 but security breach is so fucking ass. It's unredeemable beyond comprehension and it's not even scary in the slightest. They brought back Springtrap as a retarded ass "burntrap". That means fnaf pizzeria simulator true ending was for nothing. Steel wool studios couldn't use any other characters than the existing ones already established in previous titles. Like Steel Wool Studios couldn't have tried reinvent or do anything new with the FNAF franchise? This game just feels like some furries on DeviantArt made this.
I've always had the BIGGEST soft spot for security breach because it was the game that brought me into the franchise. There was just something about it that was endearing to me that i couldn't quite pin down, and I'm so happy that this game exists because it has brought so many more people into the franchise that probably wouldn't have without it (like myself). Security Breach has had one of the most positive mini fandoms I've seen in a long time. It's unbelievable how much this single game has affected so many peoples lives. I still adore my old security breach oc i made in 2021. This game is amazing to me and I'm so glad that others share that same opinion. ^^ Edit: fixed spelling and grammar mistakes
Let me just say, thank you. Over the past few months, you have become my favorite channel on the site due to your endless positivity, and fresh takes on things. Not to mention your Dreams of an Insomniac analog videos, which show how much you understand and appreciate the horror genre. You are smart, kind, talented, and funny, and I eagerly look forward to whatever you do next. Thank you for creating such amazing content, Pastra.
the nicest thing about the game, to me, is the fact that the mistakes made werent intentional, or due to not caring. they care SO MUCH about the franchise the small details they put in for fans to find is incredible. they go above and beyond in small but important hidden details so much it is legitimatley inspiring and incredible. the mistakes and buggieness and glitches and the like seem to have been born from inexperience.
I'd argue that it was due to a lack of care. Not by the devs, but a higher-up at either Steel Wool or Sony. If they cared, it wouldn't have had such a rushed release.
@@DesolateLavender Most definitely Sony, i forget if it was Steel Wool or Hello Games, but i know one of them asked to push the release date back so that it would have more time in the oven... before getting denied. Funny thing, BOTH of them are published by Sony... Though it'd be dumb to not say it IS partially Steel Wool's fault they bit off more than they could chew, though you can ABSOLUTELY see what their vision was at least.
That quote at the beginning is worthy enough of a donation! But also, this video is absolutely needed, in a sea of negativity towards the game, it's refreshing to find someone who does criticize the game but still loves it regardless, and isn't afraid to speak his mind publicly about it. True Gamer Moment!
Honestly, as someone who likes media that generally gets regarded as 'crappy,' it's nice to see someone stick up for this game. Some of my favorite movies and video games are ones with really low ratings :/ It was neat seeing how much enjoyment you and your friends got out of SB. There's something about having your friends watch you play a game that makes everything 10x funnier even when it should be serious.
There was clearly a lot of effort and passion poured into SB and I think we all know it was meant to be even bigger. All I will say is that I have high hopes for the DLC and am really excited for it.
As someone who really liked Security Breach, I was self conscious about enjoying the game. Many people’s other opinion changed my views on the game, making me dislike it. But honestly the game was really good! Despite the lag, bugs, and messy story, I really enjoyed the characters, setting, and honestly everything about it! Thank you for making this video Pastra, this really helped fix my views and helped me realize that I really liked this game! (ALSO SORRY THIS IS LONG MESSAGE-)
The game was good? Despite the bugs, hello neighbor graphics, awful story, terrible main character, pointlessly bringing back Afton, barely using a villain with so much potential, and awful mysteries? This game isn't good, it's so beyond terrible that it drags down the classic games. It isn't even passable.
@@twinzzlers Yes, your right, but despite all of that I really enjoyed the characters, some of their stories, the art and scenery of the game. Thats what I enjoy the most about the game when I look past all the cons.
@@batsguitar That's fine, and in all honestly I haven't played it (though I wouldn't even if I could). I'm just infuriated since I'm essentially watching the death of a franchise I've loved since the 1st. Steel Wool has to go back to basics and start with simple mysteries. They need less human animatronics, more simple stories, just ditch Afton, his story was over by UCN, and actually use Vanny. And just completely retcon SB
As an artist, it’s so hard not to appreciate every little detail that they put into the game. Like sure it’s kind of rough to play sometimes but like it’s just gorgeous and all the little attention environmental storytelling as well as the characters it’s just as an artistic endeavor. I’m really enthralled by it.
I'm so glad you're saying this, SB was my first fnaf game I was truly invested in playing (I'm currently getting the platinum trophy for it), it's very enjoyable and you basically just put my thoughts into a video, and I'm glad that creators like you and Astral Spiff are talking about it positively. The sun and moon portion of the game was so scary to me that I pathed out the optimal routes to get all the generators which is something I'd never tried before in a video game (I did this in November when it released)
I think the main cool thing about Security Breach is the fact is more of a chase-the-player horror then jumpscare like the rest of the FNAF games. Like you have to run for your life while also trying to survive is so much fun. Also, the glitches aren't that bad, I mean people play Skyrim to death and the glitches in that game can be insane. The story of SB is also one of my fav things. Its a good mix between actual dialog and things you find for yourself compared to the older ones where you really had to piece things together.
Security breach is like "The Room" Sure, its objectively awful in a multitude of ways, but people are still going to enjoy it regardless of those flaws. In a "It's so bad its good" kinda way or even a sincere way
to me SB, does alot of things wrong, but i commend steel wool for tryung something new with the fnaf formula, even if it didn't turn out the best, even if i more so agree with phisnon with how much i like sb and what makes horror games scary (which for the most part, SB seems to move HARD away from for the most part; in a vacuum i can enjoy it. I just don't like putting it in the same vein as FNAF 6, 3, and especially 1, imo.
I wouldn't Quite compare it to that. As that is a case of it being enjoyable purely because of how awful it is. Whilst with SB some geniunely like it in spite of the flaws.
uh, I don't think this is a very good comparison. the room is enjoyed exclusively because of how bad it is. I don't think anybody except the most cynical fans are enjoying security breach through a "so bad it's good" angle
I really love your additude. Always trying to find the good in things without ignoring the bad, but just, enjoying the “bad”. It’s like,, old shows with cheesy practical props? I love those! Way more then a cgi body suit. But even then the cgi body suit give this weird uncanny art effect, Cept the underpaid artist bit, could be really fun and interesting. AND IVE WANTED THE PERSONALITY OF THE ANIMITRONICS SO MYCH!!! It makes me really happy. I actually wish Freddy got more upset for having his friends merged with him
Fun fact: DJ Music Man makes the boss music we hear when facing him. Imagine being a boss and literally making your own boss music. Takes a real spin on the meme "why do I hear boss music?"
SB brought me back into the fnaf fandom after two years of being unaware of what was going on in the fandom. I wasn’t aware that Scott had stepped back until a few months after the announcement, and I didn’t even learn of his controversy until a few months after SB came out. Hell, I didn’t even find out about SB until the day it came out. I guess what I’m trying to say is that, yeah, it’s launch was a disaster and it definitely is not perfect, but I still like it because it brought me back in the fandom after so long.
Your positivity is absolutely contagious and I highly appreciate it, especially on topics like these. In my heart there are things that I like about SB, but I was probably afraid to admit that to myself. Shine on, you positive ray of sunshine. ^w^
I love Security Breach, but not as a FNaF game, but as a hilarious experience. I don't know why, but the Daytime section made me feel the most immersed I've ever felt in a game. And I play VR almost every day, but something about Daytime and a couple other places are just so splendidly created that I can't help but live myself into them
While enjoying somethin despite its flaws is a good message. People also need to understand the other side of that coin. Just because one personally has no problem with those flaws doesn't mean the flaws do not exist. Which is a hole I see a lot of game communities fall into just as much.
One of the most underrated aspects of the game is its music. I absolutely love the soundtrack and how it's used in the game, for example steelwool really pulled a "why do i hear boss fight music" on us
Fnaf Security Breach holds a very special place in my heart. I discovered it in a time of trauma where all i really had to keep me under control was my TV and laptop, which I used to watched Fnaf SB letsplays. It may not be my favourite game ever, but it means so much to me. It was also what got me more into fnaf, and was the first fnaf game I've ever fully watched through a lets play series of. Dont be ashamed of liking something just because its highly contested. (I also appreciate how liminal Security Breach feels, as it adds to the atmosphere i think.)
HE IS BACK, you are my favorite TH-cam right now just because of the amount of time and effort you put into these vids. I will never think that any of your content as a letdown and you need way more attention for what you do. Keep going strong
As someone who's working on something truly horrific, I am enamored by your character's design, and your reviews and analysis of various horror games. Thanks for giving me so, so many tips on how to make some good content for all to enjoy, and I hope to see you pass the 1 million Sub mark one day
What I love about you is that you're positive. But not just plain old annoying and cringey positivity, you take an optimistic but reasonable look at things and I really appreciate it
Yeeessss!!!! I'm autistic and security breach is my special interest, and it gets me down a little when people are so mean about this game or act like I'm a fake fnaf fan because I love it so much, so I'm so happy to see some positive content about it! thank you!
Security Breach is just one of those games where it has a lot of love and potential, made by a passionate team, but it was bogged down by overambition, which is a shame! That said, I love the concept and idea of this game! It's nice to see something of a positive review for this game!
My son and I have just finished the game. I avoided it until now because of the buggy mess it used to be. It's really a decent game now. The difficulty spikes and hit box detection still need to be addressed. But I love the closing time / neon / spooky aesthetic. It's like playing hide-and-go-seek in a retro dreamscape that you kind of don't want to wake up from.
THANK YOU for making a video like this. Though it was admittedly a strange step for the fnaf franchise and ended up being disappointing compared to what we were promised, I love this game so much for its style, setting and most of all characters. I ADORE that we finally got sentient animatronics with so much personality. People seem to be split on that but I’m in the corner of the fandom that’s craved that for so long, and it’s awesome in this game to finally see that!! Plus, like you said, oh my god the PIZZAPLEX!! I want to go there irl, it’s so cool and there’s so many awesome things to see and do. It does disappoint me that so much of it goes unused during the game, but it’s still really cool for me to see and explore, like you said. It makes me sad the amount of hate this game gets for being different from the rest of the series, and while I do COMPLETELY understand people being so disappointed with this game, especially after it showed so much promise and didn’t really live up to the hype, I still adore the game we did end up with. And they have done a really good job with the updates to make game more stable and user-friendly! Tbh my only real complaint, out of the whole game, is Mazercise. Just. Mazercise. 😐and Vanny being barely present when she was hyped so much, but I digress. It deffo has its flaws but I do still love this game.
I really appreciate a new perspective. All I really know about this game is how it came out rough, was rough, and even when watching playthroughs ans ignoring the bugs it didn't seem great. But hey, that's why Pastra is here, always love your unique takes.
OMG FINALLY someone says something about this!!! THANK YOU PASTRA!!! I ADORE security breach despite it not being a flawless product with Scott LITERALLY feeling so pressured as to make a mini-game to fill in the gap while he was working on it to avoid the wrath of his fanbase. This challenge was even more than a SEASONED creator was prepared for and as an artist who can't use 3D software to save her life unless EVERYTHING is prebuilt and just meant to be adjusted slightly, I can only imagine what hell went into the development of this game from sculpting the models to the HUNDREDS of light sources in MULTIPLE colors, to the various reflections and their intensities of the floors, walls, statues, windows, etc. I can understand why so many fans were disappointed after it was delayed so many times but for me, the attention to detail is what made EVERYTHING worthwhile. While watching the trailers ALONE I could see SO much love dropped in from the games previous as well as the book series and I'm talking ALL the books up to that point, as someone who's been a fan of the series since I was in my tweens and actually saved up ALL my allowance money to get myself the books, or received them as gifts from family, those little details meant a lot, even non-canon characters got some love which again, made my little fnaf loving heart so happy! Also for those who didn't notice, the hand-drawn art style on the sides of the arcade machines some of the posters, and even the comic book cutscenes look really similar to the art style of the graphic novels leading me to believe that some of the same comic artists might have gotten to work on an actual game instead of just the books! Again as someone wanting to work professionally in a cartooning/design field this is very cool to me. There is just so much LOVE oozing from this game from how almost every tiny action like picking up an item or pushing a button is either a reference or a new clue in the ongoing story of the series. I love that they kept the hungry Chica meme going from 'Help Wanted' tasteful fanservice is always a RAPID way for a movie or game to appeal to me lol. The character's personalities are GREAT and I really wish Glamrock Freddy was my dad after finishing this game... all the line deliveries of the characters are TOP NOTCH! And NOBODY can deny how TERRIFYING the moondrop chase segment is... The little clicking noises along with those red eyes and HUGE grin that never leaves his face in the pitch black as he can dance and fly through the air or scuttle about behind or next to you is just NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOO THANK YOU!!! Other than the elements of horror that were mentioned I feel that the bright and colorful exterior of both the characters and environments are EXACTLY the point. This is meant to be the future of Freddy's entertainment style, less scary, more flashy but of course there is something evil and rotten hidden underneath it all. I think that's the whole meaning of the series just being given a new refreshing take on a story of evil and murder that is learning to hide itself better and better as time goes on. Hell by the end of the series I feel that the tones will actually end up meshing how the desire for success and the evils of literal murder can be just as bad as each other, the desires to do horrible things to people in order to get what you want whether being money or just getting back at someone who wronged out or even falling into something dark without even realizing it. Only time will tell... As for the issues with lag or glitches... I can't put a ton of input into this as I'm not as much of a tech person and sadly don't get to play as many games as I used to thanks to work, however, something tells me that a game that is meant to be played in multiple versions and on multiple products, I.E. pc vs laptop vs VR vs PlayStation vs X-box, etc. that even a single disk or download trying to conform itself to a single device or player when its made for multiple can be challenging for a developer or technician. Again, not an expert on this and PERFECTLY accept that any buggy game can be an issue for a player if there are any tech-based gamers please feel free to correct me or add to this! I also may ask a couple friends and family who work in technical fields to see if they can confirm or deny my thoughts and I can update this part of the comment later. I also have to agree with you on this Pastra, the fact that we have an open-world horror game for the fnaf series ESPECIALLY one so HUGE is amazing and probably hard to manage in a technical sense... though I won't deny... IT IS A PAIN TO NAVIGATE AND I KEEP GETTING LOST AND DYING!!! (buuuuuuut that might just be cause I'm bad at using the map or bad at navigating in general cause the same would happen when I played hollow knight...) I'm not as much of an explorer when it comes to gaming and more of a story person than anything. However, a game with diverse options for all players is awesome and I can see how secret seekers and completionists would completely eat this game up! I do think that the toxicity surrounding this game like most fandoms... is overblown and it genuinely makes me sad that people either want to bandwagon onto something negative because it's popular or trending or because they feel an optimistic outlook on something might get snuffed out. I appreciate your positive outlook on the glitches and how entertaining they can be! Your optimism and passion are nothing short of something to not just be admired but for any creator or person in general to strive for! Awesome video! (Sorry for the length as usual and if anyone read this far thank you so SO much!) Merry Christmas Pastra! God Bless!
Bruh I was gonna do something similar, Security Breach is honestly my #1 guilty pleasure game, friggin love it. I might use this video as a source of inspiration
While Security Breach isn't the scariest game, i feel like the down time we have between these sections of horror makes them better. You're just strolling around, hiding from roxxy and the others then suddenly the daycare section happens and you have to run for your life. Got to the arcade and music area? Seems fun. Then the dj chases you. The breaks just make those moments more tense as you've had time to relax
Wow. That was…thought-provoking. I truly admire your confidence in what you believe in and hope to recognize a similar level of optimism within myself some day. What a lesson to learn before Christmas Eve, eh? I may write about how this made me feel in more detail tomorrow. Merry Christmas, Pastra, and thank you for your spooky smiles!
Yes, all of this. I know SB didn't exactly fulfill the expectations that the community had for it, but It still seems like a genuinely entertaining experience with amazing visuals despite its plethora of flaws. In fact, it's one of my favorite installments of the series as a whole. I love the vastness of the mall and its aesthetic even if it isn't exactly "scary" in the traditional sense, though it can be argued that the liminal feeling of being in a mall that huge alone is terrifying on its own. Even now, the devs are still working to patch things up bit by bit. I know we all would have loved if Security Breach was completely bug-free upon launch, but then we wouldn't have had the chance to see all the hilarity in its glitches. Glitches are amusing. Though the literal game-breaking ones aren't so fun, they are still getting fixed, and I feel they'll all be in the end. But in any case, SB is definitely not a perfect masterpiece, but enjoying the ride and seeing all it has to offer? That's the true beauty of it.
I can't play most horror games due to how bad it gets at my anxiety and it's been hard to find a good video to learn about it as most people are invested in talking about it's issues
Gosh, the positivity you bring is such a breath of fresh air I often feel ashamed of loving this game and deeming it as my favorite entry in the franchise along with 3, 4 and 6 I don't dislike any FNAF game, for that matter Well...except one...And that is Sister Location. To me, SB successfuly did what SL tried to do but failed and that is shaking up the formula in a meaningful way
I know SB wasn't as scary as we hoped, but I think it has its own style of horror that only a few can see. Think of it, you're playing as a kid stuck in a mall where a killer rabbit (despite lacking presence) is hunting you. The mall is so big that it'd actually make you a little bit paranoid while moving around since she could be anywhere. Not to mention that there are several animatronics coming after you, and your only friend in the whole place is a robot bear. I believe SB gives off a subtle sense of monophobia and claustrophobia if you look close enough.
Security Breach gave me so much joy, especially when it first came out, I don't care how glitchy it is or how detached it is from the rest or the series, it's a comfort and I love our community along with it
When I was a kid I had a recuring nightmare of being chased through a McDonald's playplace by a monster that was different every time I had that nightmare. I was so suprised when I saw that the daycare section almost perfectly mirrored my childhood nightmares, which made me love it even more!
Hearing you talk about Security Breach with so much passion reminded me of when I used to play Sonic Boom with my brother. Like yes, those two games are bad on an objective level, but they become so fun when you see the flaws as part of the ride!
I overall enjoyed Fnaf SB, because it's the first official Fnaf game that is free roam, and it seems to open a new era of Fnaf, instead of using the traditional gameplay style. I'll admit the lore to it is a little complex, but I overall enjoyed it. I would give the game a solid 8/10. The DLC is what I'm excited to see, and hopefully, it'll give Security Breach the chance it deserves. Steel Wool is still an amazing company for making Help Wanted, and they deserve to be involved with Fnaf. Fnaf will always have a special place in my heart as the #1 best Indie horror franchise.
Securtiy breach brought me back into the the fanf franchise. I stopped looking at fnaf media since i got busy and lost interest around sister location but because of security breach it brought me back into and made me get back my passion for the fnaf franchise. So while most people find it bad i actually enjoyed it quite a bit and it made me catch up and finish the story of the main fnaf entries wich is why im really thankfull for security breach for making me reinterested in the fanf series. Edit: sorry for bad formatting english isnt my first language
I’m so happy you actually like this game. I love Security Breach, but I hear nothing but complaining about the glitches and the story. It’s so nice to have this video which actually details the better parts of the game.
This is EXACTLY how I felt about scarlet and violet. It had so many "glitches" and definitely ran slower than it should've, and yet that didn't detract from the feeling of openness, the genuine excitement I felt to explore more, and the joy I felt when finding a new mon. And I got a lot of flack for enjoying S/V. I'm getting security breach this week as a gift from a friend, and I'm SO excited to play it. IDC if it is a mess, I haven't even played it yet and I know it's gonna be my favorite.
I've been a fnaf fan since the first launch, but I have anxiety that prevents me from playing most fnaf titles due to unexpected jumpscares. SB was the first fnaf game I could play all the way through, and I loved every second of it! The characters and atmosphere are so fun and spooky, and although the gameplay is pretty broken sometimes, it's still so lovable and rewarding. After all these years of watching people play the games, I got to play too because I could usually anticipate when jumpscares might happen (except mapbot who I love lmao). I know some of these things are complaints for others which is totally fair, but I love this game so much
so far, the scariest encounter I've had is with decommissioned chica. I hate turning a corner and seeing chica just standing there. the game might not be extremely scary, but it has some extremely tense moments.
I got scared during the blind wolf section. It makes me stay quiet irl because I don't wanna get caught. It's not because of atmosphere but the fear of a creature who wants you dead and is actively searching for you. And every move you make they come to hunt
YES. THANK YOU! I loved SB because of its pretty creative premise! I did feel like it definitely had some issues in the story/characters department, it could have had more horror, and maybe could have better gameplay flow. But I still adored watching playthroughs of it, even if I never truly got to play it for myself. It was probably the game that really got me into the FNAF fandom, and though it has its issues, it still sucks when people use the small problems a game has to justify insulting people who do like it.
Since the Movie released, I have finally decided to indulge in FNAF as a whole, and I’m EXTREMELY happy I did. Security Breach was the first game I played, and I completely love every aspect of it, in the same vein as you do.
Thanks Pastra, your game reviews are the best I've ever watched ,and the review on Nobody Lives Under the Lighthouse was so good I've decided to, when i start making my own games, make one with the same artstyle, thanks dude!
I'm really glad I came across this video, as I love this game for all the same reasons as you do (along with the music, Dawko's playthrough, etc). Plus, that speech about not letting the flaws of something hinder your ability to enjoy that something, was really profound, and it brought me more confidence to like what I like. So... thank you.
"I said I liked it, not that it was good" really need to be said more explicitly nowadays. The concepts of "funny bad vs boring bad" and "it's good *because* it's broken" should be circulated more as well. We don't love Skyrim because it's good or well made, we like it because "It just works". We like it because of restoration looping, because physics just doesn't physics sometimes, because you can put a bucket over a shopkeeper's head and they won't see you stealing anything. These concepts are the reason why we love watching people intentionally break a game, because bugs and glitches are often hilarious and add to the experience. Maybe not the one the developer was intending, but one we enjoy regardless, like speedrunning.
I'm the same way with games of all kinds, seeing glitches or scuffed things just shows that someone put time and effort into their product-even if it can be buggy; we're all human in the end and nothing is perfect. I always say that there is no such thing as perfect or normal, rather I say something is of high value or quality and that you can have things that are typical; something that is normal for one person, may not be for another-however if something is typical amongst a broad spectrum of people, that is more likely to be plausible and possible. Tangent aside, I personally love seeing scuffed moments or small bugs in a game no matter the type, and it's because it gets a laugh out of me or makes me smile, when in a world of hate and negativity, I take enjoyment from the simplest of things when I can. Hell, I take enjoyment out of just looking at nature, looking at leaves and seeing what shapes I see in them; because why focus on the negative, when a positive is right in front of you-even if you can't see it yet. Even if you may not realize it yet, there is always good no matter how much bad you see; in the end, taking the 'easy way out' mindset only leads to a harder way back-and trust me, I've seen both sides and have learned that only seeing the bad things is far more difficult than seeing the good, no matter how small
Apologies for the occasional lag seen throughout this video. SB REALLY hated being recorded by OBS on my PC, but there were moments in my recording I really wanted to use.
It's ok
It’s still a great video
Its fine pastra.

10:36 Monty is supposed to be up there, he's not stuck, he is meant to be using the searchlight
I love how the one guy that always gives games with bad reputation a chance and is generally so positive and upbeat is the guy who’s persona is a goblin from hell
Gotta admit, his art style alone is worth to stare at than most yt OCs.
It' the only way it makes sense ;) (just kidding if you like security breach i don't mind)
I think you just described one of the main reasons I like this channel so much
It works, Clyde is honestly one of my favorite parts about this channel. Just the small details, the horror he brings, and that smile always makes me happy.
Two words: Devil's Advocate
But that doesn't happen, because it's failures are uinversal, and so is the fun that causes.
i play Morrowind so, hard agree... if _it just worked_ it wouldn't be the same
Careful theres dragons around💀
And because it was released like 20 times
But mostly the other stuff I'd say
Roxy's insecurities about her place in the band really appeals to me when thinking about how there's still some evidence of Foxy around (the cut outs and plushies). She knows she replaced a beloved character, so she tells herself that she's just as liked, if not more. Everyone loves you, you're the best. Because of you can replace someone, then someone else can just as easily take your spot.
That's actually a really good point.
I bet she thinks that if foxy can be replaced. She can be to and she's probably terrified of that
This is why I like the game, it makes the robots have some "true" character it seems that's not really affected by a ghost.
@@22Tesla just say you're a furry
@@himdevil2391 so what if I am. Doesn't take a furry to read between the lines. XD
10:28 So, fun fact, that Monty up there is no ordinary Monty. He is a special Monty who fans have affectionately come to name "Giga Monty."
Normally, he's up there 'operating' the searchlight, however, if he ever gets down from his perch for whatever reason and becomes alerted to Gregory's position, he will, no matter where you are, no matter whether you are inside Freddy or not, home in on your position in a mad dash with the best pathfinding of any animatronic in the game and will never leave you alone. So your joke about him having eyes like a hawk is not entirely off the mark. :P
I strongly empathize with your outlook on flawed games, by the way. It's so strange to me why people can't just enjoy something and have to constantly compare it to what everyone else thinks to derive enjoyment from it.
Yes. I not the only one
@scarletgoat173so is Skyrim. Both are fun games

Yea she's supposed to be the sporty valley girl-type, peppy and supportive.
@@testerwulf3357hope that innthe sequel of ruin they give her mote relevance
I like to think that her (along with the other Animatronics) that her Personality levels got Shifted! Instead of her looking like the Gymnastic Valley Girl with an upbeat mentality! She instead becomes a gluttonous she’ll of her former self!
I think like Roxy and Freddy, had the Devs had more time, they could’ve easily have fleshed her character out abit more.
Cause really, the Animatronics from this game Are Great!
I never noticed chica running over to Freddy but god that's an amazing detail, the other animatronics being more concerned than staff about Freddy is just such an adorable touch
I just saw a video that kinda went over Chica
It’s interesting how over the course of this game you take the thing that each animatronic values the most.
Roxy’s the most obvious with you taking her eyes, no longer able to see in general, and herself.
Monty, you take away his claws, given to him so he can play the Bass. You take away his ability to be in the band.
With Chica you take their voice box, but in order to do so you shatter her beak. Without her beak she can’t eat properly.
Game kinda hardcore ngl.
Roxy realible skill.
Monty's Purpose.
Chica's Love for food, and ability to communicate with those she cares for(This I add as i saw her and Freddy as the parents of the friend group.)
Unless Monty gets stuck on the roof
10:26
I think Roxy took a bunch of other people's eyes too (if you know what I mean). Shame on you steel wool...
But This iS juSt a thEOry , a sHit theORy
One thing I think the game definitely missed out on was showing dynamics between the animatronics
They have such defined personalities and relationships, yet there's only one moment where we see their personalities be dynamic with each other (Roxxie telling Freddy to get out of her room when she's crying)
There’s also Chica checking on Freddy when he collapses in the intro. It’s pretty easy to miss, though.
I would’ve loved to see something like dialogue for when Freddy sees what you did to his friends for the first time.
Yeah this also made me sad too, I really really wish we had more character moments like that, that would have been perfect. 😔
The only thing I really have wrong with it is that vanny means pretty much nothing to the story, and I wouldn’t mind something like that normally if not for the fact that vanny was in almost all of the promotional material and before it came out.
can agree
also burntrap
could’ve done that better and made it a little more solid
@@idiot_sandwich_ I also agree
I liked the prediction early on that Gregory was running from Vanny instead of Vanessa. The plot involved Vanny holding kids hostage in the mall, with Gregory working alongside Freddy to save them. Vanny needed a completely different song and dance than the one we got for her to be interesting.
@@chrisnewman543 that sounds way better than what we got

This is why I love Pastra, he doesn't constantly complain or be negative, especially in an age where gamers complain about pretty much anything and everything. Saaaaaaame!!!!!!!! :D I'm a horror fan and also a big baby, so Let's Plays and discussion videos are the perfect in-between.
why do the people who love horror and scary shit become the most wholesome people
it's cleansing
probably for the same reason most heavy metal fans are chill and wholesome people
The life of a horror fan is watching a lot of not very good movies and loving them anyway
For me, I think it's because to some extent they see the other side of being a monster.
Some horror games are based on just being victims of real life monsters, binding of Isaac and his mother being a good example of this. Horror also tends to show the path of potential reasons why someone might wind up being a not wholesome person.
@@coffee-oujiyep. After seeing so many monsters it’s nice to see a human ig
I love how Pastra tends to look on the bright side of things.
Ok, is the glass half-full or half-empty?
Pastra: it's full of water and air, both being necessary for your survival.
Pastra gives every game a chance regardless of public reception and is one of the kindest, most positive, most genuine guys ever.
*His persona is also a literal spaghetti demon monster.*
Yes! I'm glad some one pointed out that his username sounds like Pasta.
Aw I’m sorry about that. Im glad you in a better place tho and wish you luck on falling back in love with writing!
aw that sucked, im sorry about that. im happy that you are in a much better state. good luck!
"I may be cringe, but I am free"
probably my favourite sentence to exist. sure i talk about fnaf and minecraft 95% of my time but i am Free and Happy so who cares
getting diagnosed is a tedious and sometimes scary process, i am so proud of you !! good luck on your journey, and hope you find that passion again, whether it's in writing or in something else
Good luck man, Maybe I'll read you're books/fics, i ain't picky
I think…I might. Be where you were. I want to write and post OC x canon, because I have an idea I love, but…
…well.
“What?”
And I could feel my heart crunch.
Thank you.
gotta love Pastra's wholesome energy, no pickiness or negativity, guy just talks about the stuff he likes and I'm all for it
I love the key message here: Don't be deterred by someone else's opinion on a game. This hits home as I'm a big fan of titles like Star Citizen, Biomutant or Anthem and I enjoyed these games despite their flaws. Very nice, Mr. Demonman!
I really enjoyed Starbound despite it's story being a glorified fetch quest, times like 5.
I misread titles as 'titties' and I am deeply ashamed
@@wesleyward5901 its one of those games were it aint the destination, its the journey. had a blast doing sidequests and just world hopping(and system hopping ofc) 90% of time
Star citizen is out?
Yeah this hit different as one who really enjoyed scarlet and violet.
Major props to Allen Simpson and others.
sameeeeeeeee
I believe the entirety of the soundtrack in the game is composed by Allen Simpson!
@@soomi5667 Oh wow I guess I had gotten the wrong information, turns out it was Riskin that did additional help. Thanks for correcting me lol
Really did set the mood for the entries in the franchise.
the composer for this game's last name is fucking SIMPSON?!
I love how much creativity that FNaF has inspired. The fangames, the theories, the VHS tapes, the alternate universes.
As a wise man once said, "If every Porkchop were perfect, we wouldn't have hotdogs"
That sense of familiarity made me more immersed in a fnaf game then I ever had besides help wanted.
its kind of like the liminal space effect kind of thing
security breach's visuals and atmosphere is what makes it such an enjoyable game in my experience, the daycare section also made for such a memorable first gameplay section and sun and moon's designs are probably my favourite of the entire game. while it definitely can be improved on, i think there's a lot that security breach did well that shouldn't be overlooked (:
uh, first gameplay section? you had the chase sequences and the whole stealth sequence with Chica first
@@snakesbakecookies that's right, my bad. i guess i didn't consider it since it serves as more of a tutorial but it is the first gameplay section for sure.
@@t1nyf yeah thats fair the daycare is really the first semi-difficult section
They shoulda made the game open ended tbh
I’m glad I’ve finally found other people who enjoy Security Breach, I absolutely adore this game (especially the interactions between Freddy and Gregory! Father son goals fr.)
Same dude
Its such a fun game and I had a wonderful experience playing it
@@spotlite7779 Sadly I’ve never played it since I don’t have the right type of computer or console, but I’ve watched a ton of play throughs and I genuinely love it so much
Ive been a a FNAF fan since FNAF 1 but security breach is so fucking ass.
I love Security Breach probably my third favorite fnaf game I love the gameplay, the setting, the cutscenes, the characters, it’s just very cool to me
@@captainled4025 what are your first two?
I've always had the BIGGEST soft spot for security breach because it was the game that brought me into the franchise. There was just something about it that was endearing to me that i couldn't quite pin down, and I'm so happy that this game exists because it has brought so many more people into the franchise that probably wouldn't have without it (like myself). Security Breach has had one of the most positive mini fandoms I've seen in a long time. It's unbelievable how much this single game has affected so many peoples lives. I still adore my old security breach oc i made in 2021. This game is amazing to me and I'm so glad that others share that same opinion. ^^
Edit: fixed spelling and grammar mistakes
Let me just say, thank you.
Over the past few months, you have become my favorite channel on the site due to your endless positivity, and fresh takes on things. Not to mention your Dreams of an Insomniac analog videos, which show how much you understand and appreciate the horror genre. You are smart, kind, talented, and funny, and I eagerly look forward to whatever you do next.
Thank you for creating such amazing content, Pastra.
How could you say something so controversial, yet so brave?
One of the only positive reviews of security breach, and it’s very refreshing to see
the nicest thing about the game, to me, is the fact that the mistakes made werent intentional, or due to not caring. they care SO MUCH about the franchise the small details they put in for fans to find is incredible. they go above and beyond in small but important hidden details so much it is legitimatley inspiring and incredible. the mistakes and buggieness and glitches and the like seem to have been born from inexperience.
This is such a healthy way to approach things. If you enjoy something there's no reason to look for reasons to hate it like so many people do...
That quote at the beginning is worthy enough of a donation! But also, this video is absolutely needed, in a sea of negativity towards the game, it's refreshing to find someone who does criticize the game but still loves it regardless, and isn't afraid to speak his mind publicly about it. True Gamer Moment!
Yeah, respect for him
Your abillity to look at the positive side of anything and everything never fails to surprise me. You're cool.

Thank you for mentioning spiff, he deserves some praise for keeping a big part of the community hooked
Skyrim has bugs, yes, but it's optimized. Security Breach's performance is so bad that it looks like a slideshow most of the time
@@sophitiaofhyruleyea but that game has been around for like 10 years
Yes I love clipping right through the floor and losing an hour of progress
Security breach is like "The Room"
Sure, its objectively awful in a multitude of ways, but people are still going to enjoy it regardless of those flaws. In a "It's so bad its good" kinda way or even a sincere way
Come on, SB isn't THAT bad xd
to me SB, does alot of things wrong, but i commend steel wool for tryung something new with the fnaf formula, even if it didn't turn out the best,
even if i more so agree with phisnon with how much i like sb and what makes horror games scary (which for the most part, SB seems to move HARD away from for the most part; in a vacuum i can enjoy it. I just don't like putting it in the same vein as FNAF 6, 3, and especially 1, imo.
I wouldn't Quite compare it to that. As that is a case of it being enjoyable purely because of how awful it is. Whilst with SB some geniunely like it in spite of the flaws.
@@erickamakeeaina1649 fair point.
uh, I don't think this is a very good comparison. the room is enjoyed exclusively because of how bad it is.
I absolutely love the soundtrack and how it's used in the game, for example steelwool really pulled a "why do i hear boss fight music" on us
Every copy of Music Man's Child Ass-Beating is Personalized for the player
The rare video of someone making a positive review on security breach, keep up the good work
Fnaf Security Breach holds a very special place in my heart.

What I love about you is that you're positive. But not just plain old annoying and cringey positivity, you take an optimistic but reasonable look at things and I really appreciate it
Yeeessss!!!! I'm autistic and security breach is my special interest, and it gets me down a little when people are so mean about this game or act like I'm a fake fnaf fan because I love it so much, so I'm so happy to see some positive content about it! thank you!

Finally someone who accepts the flaws of SB, put them aside and just enjoy playing it ! A messy but 100% passionate game !
Security Breach is just one of those games where it has a lot of love and potential, made by a passionate team, but it was bogged down by overambition, which is a shame!
That said, I love the concept and idea of this game! It's nice to see something of a positive review for this game!
Bogged down by overambition, and wishing to subvert expectations
Halo 2
Vanny was supposed to be following you, but it was too glitchy.
Plus, the less we see the better the suprise
(Sorry for the length as usual and if anyone read this far thank you so SO much!)
Merry Christmas Pastra!
As a security breach enjoyer, thank you. You have spoken my truth.
Pastra over here only speaking FACTS
“If everything was perfect, then NOTHING would be”
Fuckin’ FACTS
Gosh, the positivity you bring is such a breath of fresh air
I often feel ashamed of loving this game and deeming it as my favorite entry in the franchise along with 3, 4 and 6
I don't dislike any FNAF game, for that matter
Well...except one...And that is Sister Location.
Security Breach gave me so much joy, especially when it first came out, I don't care how glitchy it is or how detached it is from the rest or the series, it's a comfort and I love our community along with it
10:29 This isn't a glitch btw. Monty isn't stuck up there, he's using the light to scout for Gregory.
Man I love this game. Fun characters can make such a huge difference. Also the Daycare section legitimately terrified me.
I mean it’s Fnaf. Of course the lore going be complex. Heck we still haven’t figured out the true point of Fnaf 4.
As well as who caused the bite of 87. I think the movies will explain that. Super excited to watch the first one, and see the official trailer. 😱😀👍
I love the absolute tone shift between Pastra's video about SB and Phisnom's stream of his glitchless run
in the words of Steven Universe “if every pork chop were perfect, we won’t have hot dogs”
There is one thing I absolutely love about this game and that's Freddy's voice acting
OMG SAME!
Pastra is so good at filling in on the positive details of games like these, this is why i enjoy his videos so much
Since the Movie released, I have finally decided to indulge in FNAF as a whole, and I’m EXTREMELY happy I did. Security Breach was the first game I played, and I completely love every aspect of it, in the same vein as you do.
"Its my favorite mess ive ever played"
Me, a kingdom hearts fanatic, to my friends who literally have no idea what im talking about
Thanks Pastra, your game reviews are the best I've ever watched ,and the review on Nobody Lives Under the Lighthouse was so good I've decided to, when i start making my own games, make one with the same artstyle, thanks dude!
I swear this guy’s charisma is endless in the best way possible❤
