As a Belgian, I really feel bad for him. It hurts me how the media and some fans treat him like he hasn’t shown his class the past 10 years while he is having a difficult time. I am sure Eden will bounce back, maybe at another club than Madrid. But now he has undergone surgery to remove the metal thing in his ankle, the thing he already told about that doesn’t let him play his lovely style. So just to let y’all know, Eden comes back stronger.

Bring him back to Chelsea. Hate he left. Such a talent. And impossible not to like him. Great guy and even better player. He was at the peak of his powers before he left Chelsea. He was one of the best, if not the best ball handler and finisher in the world.
Easily was the best player in the prem in his last 2 years. Maybe even one of the best PL players of all time but thats up for debate.

I miss him so much. He should never have left for Madrid, that club did not suit him. But he could really set Stamford Bridge alight with his moments of sheer magic. The dribbles, the solos, the scoring out of tight angles. He made me love watching football again, he was such a joy to watch.
He was in my opinion the most elegant dribbler in the generation.Despite messi, di maria, ronaldo at a young age, hazard always seemed to me as something different, not so frenetic or rushed, but somesort of elegant and in the most entertaining and satisfying way ive ever seen

Bale doesn’t have the playmaking/dribbling of hazard, and hazard doesn’t have the speed and athleticism of bale.

He’s been one of the best player for the last 10 years he’s just been injured a lot lately. I have faith that he can still be a good player. he’s is one of the best dribblers in history. he’s also won a lot of trophies for club and individual awards.

Eden hazard is one of the best player in history of Chelsea FC if he wants to review his career he would have to move from real Madrid to another club and he has the potential to review his career
As an English Liverpool fan, I’ve always had respect and admired Eden hazard as a player, I loved watching him play and his style of the game, he was a great player! I hope he can bounce back, I would like to see him go back to Chelsea!

As a belgian i miss old hazard i really hope that he will Come back but i am a reallist so i am not sure that he will be like with chelsea but i do think that if he gets more playingtime his form will rise again, its just all in the hands of his managers if he will actually get the needed playing time but i will always stay a fan of hazard and i even after what i said i still believe a little bit that he will come back at his old form he still has a few years. (Love youre video’s and thanks that you stay a bit positive over hazard)

Being injured is not the fault of the player. It means that Eden is playing his heart out for the club, whichever one fortunate enough to have him as a member. His style of play draws many opposing players to him, and he gets fouled a lot during his mesmerizing dribbling. He enhances the performances of all his teammates. His contributions are far more than his individual brilliance. He is the most unselfish team player.

I was skeptical about Madrid bringing in Hazard at age 28/29.
I felt we should have signed him before he went to Chelsea but it was okay since we got Bale.
After that, we should have forgotten about Hazard and looked to the next generation.
I guess its good that we didn't neglect the next generation and got Vini and Rodrygo.

Hazard is past his prime, injuries and lack of game time has caused him lose touch with the game. We have seen similar thing happen to Kaka before
First problem was that he gained 7 kg of fat in the summer before he went to Real Madrid.

As a Chelsea fan, we always knew it was his dream to play for Real Madrid, but he was respectful in the way he went about it. Never went on strike or stopped performing to force the move and played his heart out for the team right up until his last game. Will always respect his professionalism

For anyone who still question why Eden Hazard didn’t stay at Chelsea to become a legend:
Hazard didn’t want to be just a legend at Chelsea, if he’d stayed at Chelsea, he would want to be the greatest legend - greater than Lampard or Drogba. However, he knew he probably could never win Champions League with Chelsea (because the whole team tended to slack off and rely on his magic) so he would never be the greatest at Chelsea.
On the other hand, leaving for Real Madrid gives him the opportunity to be the best in the world (as of 2019), as it was undoubtedly the strongest, most popular club at that moment. So it was totally logical why he left.
Thing went wrong for Hazard because of two reasons:
(1) his overconfidence: he relied and thought very highly of his talent. This unrealistic expectation came from both people around him as well as his own, and it was damaging. He didn’t try to adapt right the way to the new environment, indulge himself with overeating and longer vacation in the Summer 2019
(2) his injuries: I believe this reason only came after the first one. Though he can blame the bad luck, it was his fault not to realise how injury-prone his playing style is to adapt. Over the previous 7 years of dribbling in Premier League took its toll on Hazard’s ankle, culminating in his failure in Madrid.
