@@anshuverma1731 Patent Agent is just not about how to evaluate an invention, draft/file and prosecute it. You should also be aware about the development in the field of IP - All the schemes that the govt of India launches for encouraging the development of IP is also important - if you are not aware of the schemes how are you going to advice your clients? So bare act is just the procedure part - what about the knowledge? Please go through my community posts, I have provided various such schemes and few keywords around them for you to research.

A compound of formula 4 obtained by the process comprising: reacting... treating... reacting... Can we write I/We claim, A Pharmaceutical composition comprising: a Compound 1,wherein the compound 1 is solid at room temperature; a Compound 2, wherein the compound 2 is obtained by reaction of /reacting compound 1 in presence of HN(MeO)Me.HCl , K2Co3, toluene and CH2Cl2; an intermediate compound 3, wherein the compound 3 is recrystallizable having high purity and obtained by using compound 2 in presence of NaHMDS and THF; and a novel compound 4, wherein the compound 4 is obtained by processing the intermediate compound 3 in presence of hydrazine and ethanol.
@@rasika8919 both have ing format because in one we are claiming the process and in second we are claiming a product which is obtained by a specific process (product by process claim). The problem with your version is you are claiming a compound, and in that compound you are saying that there is an intermediate compound - how is that possible? Your compound can only have specific ingredients right?
@@shrutideshpande5338 I doubt, just ensure that you mark the answers and section sufficiently enough to let them know what question or section you are attempting.
Hi Shruti, you can start with drafting first 30 marks question and target to finish it within 45-50 mins max and then go for 20 (give it half an hour), 10 and then situational questions. I followed the same. You can start from last question and end by first @shrutideshpande5338
I don't understand your query? Please check the rough skeleton and the final claim - it builds upon the component, by adding additional details about the element - am i missing any thing?

Yes, Rule 13 talks about components numbers in Abstract and Claims.
