The film "Oro Arrowhead" tells the story of Jim Powell, who accidentally learns that his father has been secretly searching for an artifact that keeps the local town in tension. This artifact is depicted on the booklet as an arrowhead drawn in orange pencil. Jim begins to question the townspeople about him, but their strange reactions and desire to escape immediately only heightens his curiosity. Deciding to follow the path indicated on his father's map, Jim begins an exciting adventure. Along the way, he meets Gola, a half-Indian woman who turns out to be very capable and clever. At first, conflicts arise between them, but later they understand that they share a common interest in searching for an artifact. Gola has her own reasons for taking part in this journey, and her knowledge of the area and history becomes indispensable to the success of their mission. Along the way, Jim and Gola face many challenges, including dangerous traps, cryptic clues, and unexpected adversaries who also want to take possession of the artifact. Their journey is filled with both moments of disappointment and joyful discoveries that help them understand not only the mystery of the artifact, but also themselves.

New Zealand here. Well, a bit of a far fetched B grade story. About the quality one would expect. Some parts of the story are interesting but the script is not great. The dialogue at times is not constructed well and is a tad stilted. But one of the issues is that they (Producers) try to use cliched roles. You know, the former Military man, returning home after his father dies. Tries to show he is an alpha type male, doesn't scare easily. That the women just love and try to chat him up, particularly the girls around age 20 when he is obviously about aged 40. The local area is full of either ex military, or former High School "friends" or red-necked hillbilly types. When they introduce a supernatural twist (a woman is meant to be about 200 years old) who falls for the "hero", it all just gets a bit much. Still, I enjoy watching B grade movies made on the cheap. LOL. Cheers.
