this makes me feel a lot better about our production of newsies jr. Everyone in this cats seems like they are important to the story even if they only have a small role, and as someone who doesn't have the biggest role this helped thanks guys. Btw im pigtails/ crutchie us. Pigtails is so fun and tbh she is one of the best newsie but I might be biased ; ) again great job!!

Hey there! I play Jack Kelly in the newsies Jr. The final production has not been put on yet but I do believe we will put it on TH-cam as well. My biggest tip is BE DRAMATIC AS HECK! There’s no such thing as overdoing it in theatre so be passionate about the role!

@@willowcampbell.x I think everyone portrays each character differently. But some basic audition tips are to not stress too much, and make sure to give it your all! Some audition tips for pigtails (this is just how I portrayed her) is to act confident and fierce, and she isn’t afraid to show who she is!

we did newsies jr a few weeks and we were GAS because we only have 5 weeks to learn our lines n the songs n all of that.. we didn’t even have chorrography besides for .. half of once and for all… the freaking lead forgot all her lines n kept giggling and the second lead couldn’t act or sing from the beginning…… i wish we had this production budget n all this rehearsal bc this looks so good and the kids can actually SING (im on ur trail yair..)
