I saw this exhibit 8 years ago. Its amazing how they recovered all those dishes, jewelry. How fancy or sad the rooms were according to your class. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Jenny. The exhibit offers a green screen photo opportunity simulating being on the deck of the Titanic, $25 price. There are other free photo opportunities throughout the exhibit. I hope you have a chance to visit, it’s definitely worth the experience!!
It’s all about personal choice and the experience you’d like to have while visiting. If VR (in depth) experience is a must for you then absolutely by all means go for it. I personally recommend general admission as the exhibit is very immersive it self, lots of artifacts to look at, plus you can buy the souvenir photo separately or simply take some pics with your phone as there are many photo ops through the exhibit. Wait time was less than 10 minutes and since there was no parking fees I used that “saved” money to buy a souvenir at the gift shop. I hope you enjoy your visit as much as I did. I’d Love to hear about your experience…Thanks for watching this video!🙏🏽
Honestly, when I when I went to this expedition I was kind of disappointed. There was not a single artifact that was actually from the Titanic, there was artifacts from the Olympic or other white star line ships. However I did love how the reenactors made you feel like you really were in the that time period. Overall it was okay despite the lack of artifacts from the wreck.
Yes, I know!! The real artifacts are in the Las Vegas Titanic Exhibition. The exhibit is very similar to the one in LA but with the original titanic artifacts. Thanks for watching the video and leaving a comment! 🙏🏽
I think they will specially if they watch Titanic movie beforehand hand. Your youngest might not be amused by it tbh. There were parents with young children in the exhibit and they were crying. I assumed the kids were bored or something like it.
I saw this exhibit in Seattle years ago. It was quite compelling - especially touching the ice wall!

Seriously? It looks really good despite that…? I’m glad they included Olympic. The one in NYC has the real artifacts it seems. That closes March 19th.
You think my kids will like it ? They 14,12 and 5 ?
