- David James Gandy gives his most frank and candid opinions to date, espousing on his achievements so far, how the modelling and fashion industry uses people, how he got his big break, the gentlemanly integrity consistent in both his public and very private persona, and how the rise of social media in recent times has created a phenomenon in which “you’re not merited on the way you look… the way you can model, which is an art in some ways, it’s merited on how many social media followers you have...” Truer words never said.
The British supermodel was in Singapore promoting Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Pour Homme, a men’s fragrance for which he has continued to front as its iconic face and body, since its launch 9 years ago.
He seems like he is rather an intelligent man and I admire that he really is his own man, you can tell by his presence alone that he owns himself. In this interview, you definitely see more than his beauty and brauns on the outside. It's his mind, insight and way of thinking that I see taking center stage. I think this was one of his best interviews I have viewed. Mr. Gandy seemed so down to earth, and combined with a depth of truth along with his British self, and heart was truly brilliant! There's something so Sexy about a man that is so Passionate, about working, and living his dreams for himself all the while giving generously back with his charitable contributions! It only took me a decade to find this "model of a man"..glad I didn't miss out on My iconic British Dandy, his "80 Suits",and all..haha. David's take on Men's fashion and old Hollywood Style ..for some the clothes Make the Man, but quite the opposite with Mr. Gandy. In awe of the passion and loyalty he possesses. :-)

You've got to be kidding me! I see and think quite the opposite. A man like him blessed with some of the best genes and beautiful ocean blue eyes and also so intelligent and articulate. He has so much life in his eyes. To me he's not like the average male model because he's more than just a chiseled beauty on the outside with a handsome face, hot bod and beautiful eyes he's got something special the rest don't on the inside. I see his outward beauty, but I can feel the heart,equally so, and that is what makes him a beautiful man to me. Plus, the cherry on the top is he has so many other great attributes outside all that. When he speaks, he speaks with class, charisma, finesse, and grace that I don't witness often. He also sounds like he's a deep thinker, like another famous historical figure. There's a reason he was selected to represent Dolce& Gabbana, aside from the irony that the Heavenly Scent's brand's name match his own first and last :), his eyes posses such a sparkle to them! So you, Sir, appear to be blinded by green envy or aren't seeing what most see!? To me He is a "beautiful creature" and a rare kind, a genuine man and fine gentleman with a giving heart that I'm happy to have found. He possesses a look to kill for and represents a Scent that's to die for.❤️🔥 That D&G Light Blue is delicious to me, and I think they picked the right guy for the job.🌊 He's a real and genuine man who appears to display what most males don't, and that aura of class he gives off only makes him more inviting. I love that he seems to have been able to maintain his humbleness despite his fame, notoriety, money, and all the other perks that he has received for his "Model Life." I know it can be difficult to recognize that some people were just born to shine and were cut from a different kind of cloth. The lucky few are, but a rare kind that don't let it go to their head and still stay humble and down to earth with the understanding it was given to them and they were born with it. Did he ask to be born with to be l👀King so g👀d. No, he didn't it was a gift and should be taken care of, and I'm sure many do not. I don't know if it's true that Mr. Gandy smokes, or if it's just for the shoots. If he does, it's a shame he doesn't take better care of what he was given. I don't know him personally, so I may be f👀led about the kind of person he is because it could all be an act. But with everything I have seen with him, he's a class act and a stand-up kind of man, so we will believe as we do.

Why the heart?
Everyone claims he’s looking Italian, he does have the stereotypical Mediterranean male phenotype. There is something undeniably English about him is that when I’d see him I wouldn’t even think twice about him being from England, I am Italian and I don’t think he looks like our men, but yes he has the Mediterranean phenotypical traits of course, something in the Face that just isn’t like true Italian men.
