Thank you for sharing with us your favourite places to drink coffee and eat food I shall try this when I come back to Vietnam in December and hopefully catch up with you and discuss in what I'd like to do in Vietnam for my future once again thank you very much for your excellent episodes that you provide to people
Thanks!
Thank you very much for your support!
Vietnam is very nice and peaceful. I love it.
Great video Ken! Glad you reviewed places to eat and stay while in Saigon. Some day you and I should have a chat about business in Vietnam over a cup of tea at the Park Lounge. 👍
When I go back there, I will definitely look for you to show me around the area. Thank you
It's nice to see a different side of you, thanks for sharing the great food of Vietnam
I really enjoyed this video, Ken. Vietnam is on my Bucket List after the RV as I have a speculative investment in Vietnam Dong and want to savor Vietnam.
Truly, a great video with some new places that I was unaware of, so I truly appreciate it! Hopefully one day I’ll catch you on the streets of Ho Chi Minh. Love to have lunch with you one day.
G'day Ken,
I have been waiting for this video & you have delivered in spades.
This is why I am working 6 days a week saving my money to retire in Vietnam & enjoy all this amazing amazing Vietnamese cuisine & hang out having coffee & cigars with you.
You hit the ball out of the ball park with this video.
Cheers
Louis Kats your number 1 Fan in Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺 👍 🇻🇳
Thank you, Ken, for your information and knowledge about places in Vietnam.
I'll like to go to those places you have mentioned and try it out.
Wish you all the best.......
Great video Ken; lots of good options there. I see Summer whenever I’m at the Ayres in Fountain Valley.
Greetings from Orange County, California...Looks good, I will try some of these places the next time I visit.
Cool places. looking forward to visiting those places soon.
I am a Vegetarian what you order looks so yummy, thank you so much for sharing
Thank you for your time and posting.
Thanks for watching.
This is my favorite video of yours! Thank you
Thanks for your love and support.
This is a great episode Ken, I really enjoyed it! Your Friday networking event seems really interesting.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I enjoyed the video. Awesome tastes and choices from local expat thổ địa. Make more!!
Hello, nicely done, loves the content and suggestions. Thank you.
All of the places look great!
I enjoyed that Ken, Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it
I love to enjoy foods like you. But my doctor reminded me to cut down sugar and greasy foods. Yummy foods in Saigon as always. Thanks
I hope you do more food and drink videos in addition to the great informative business & economic info you provide. Many thanks.
As a Viet Kieu/ Vietnamese from Canada. I'm glad Vietnam is developing.
Here I'm Canada most people know about our food like Pho and now electric cars like VinFast.
Thank you for the “daily foods tour” video! I do find interesting eating that much foods, cafe, tea time and dinner would take up 50-80% of your work day, not counting networking social hours. This means every Thurs is not a working day. 😅. Plus the traffic from one place to another.
Greatest people are Vietnamese! The Kimchi Fried Rice combo is great though considered "high-end" price.
Ken is so lucky! One day, I would like to live and work there too.
Saigon looks like a good place to live and work!
Great taste..........I think you should do more videos like this so that others will know more about whats available in VIETNAM .....for travelers
We all love videos like this.
Keep up the great work 😊
Wow this timing is insane. Literally just landed in HCMC
I like watching you and your show. You have a very interesting way of holding the chopsticks. Is it too hot to wear suit all the times in the steamy Saigon? You reminded me of my time at EDS. Chill......
🤗💙👍 Thank you Ken for your nice recommendations!
Good show! 💯👍🙏
Greetings, Fantastic, I hope to travel to Vietnam next year. My dream
Ken, enjoyed this video ! My wife and I are 4 days away from finishing our fall trip in Spain and planning our winter trip to Vietnam. I am pinning your suggested places to eat in Ho Chi Minh and when I pinned Ken’s Coffee in District 1 I see that it is temporarily closed? Opening by early January when we arrive? Would love to stop in for a morning coffee and the opportunity to run into Ken ( rock star ) having his morning cup…. Let me know when opening again.
Great video Ken. Thank you! I love what you have in this video, Good for you and have a great time in VN. So many changes since I left in 1999 where I am an architect, the MeLinh Point towner is the project that we are working in when I am with Kajima Corp. Does the professional network would welcome a new person or have to be a member? I am happy to swing by to check it out and meet you and your group while I visit my sister in Sai Gon. Ciao!
Thanks for sharing. Any entrepreneur can join.
Great video. I like AnAn and Apocalypse Now myself.
You are respectable man I am Khalid from Cairo Egypt
Thanks sir
Chào anh ,chúc anh sức khỏe và thành công nhé ❤❤❤
Is Danang a more livable city than there, factoring costs, quality of life, etc. than where you are?
I lived in Saigon from 2003 to 2013, and I don't recall having a Japanese town at the time. Where is Japanese town situated now in Saigon? Your videos are creative and refreshing.
I love love Tiramisu, it look so yummy
Look for an Italian patisserie.
Well done Kenny
Hi Ken, quick question about your network group. I was an assistant Area Director to BNI in USA and am looking to join another group. can you share more details?
I'm interested in the weekly networking event you have. How does someone attend, and can anyone just show up?
You have a unique way of holding your chopsticks.
Will we ever see Ken in shorts, a tank top and some flip flops just kicking by a street corner drinking a beer?
He's a clown for wearing a full suit in tropical weather. 😂
The Vietcong trying to make a sell here. Is all displayed. What a jokers ken 😂
@chinaboss6683 I'm sure he dressed down and looking more chill when off camera
This video is refreshing. Lots of bougie places. On the next video, take us to the places that locals eat.
That’s actually where locals eat as well.
Where did you learn to hold your chopsticks😂
Hahaha you beat me to it.
All jokes aside. Great video.
From one Ken to another. Saigon is my birthplace and my mom’s family still lives in Vietnam. Been back to Saigon aka HCMC three times and I love it.
Nice vlog👍🏼
Thanks for watching.
where miss vivien from communication team? it be good we get her favorite street foods. she can know place where local peoples eating.
pease do retorts on distrits 12 foods too! is good there too say the peoples!
Can you give me details on the networking event?
Actual visiting Vietnam now for the very first time starting up in Hanoi.
Trying to figure out how he can pick up anything with that chopstick technique.
haha this dude never leaves the tourist area
I have no idea how you don’t feel hot in that tailored suit of yours
I’ll check out some of these places when I come over next year
Hi anh Ken, do you know where I can get a good egg coffee?
I had eaten food there with someone with us, Attorney Duong. It was a fun experience there.
August 1st 2pm at park Hyatt
nice.
Can you make a video on how to buy a property in Viet Nam. I have searched but most of website are not good qualify, seem lots of fake information. DO they have Zillow like we have in US?
We already made it. Vietnam Real Estate: HOW MUCH it really COSTS to Buy!

@@duongglobalbusinessconsulting Thank you! I'll view it.
Quick question, are the street food ok to eat and not get gastro these days? Always weary because I have a two year old, we avoid street food in Vietnam incase she gets food poisoning. Had bad experience many years ago with my little sister being hospitalised in Vietnam due to gastro, was scary.
Avoid street food then.
the networking event at sofitel it's a public event that you guys hosting or more of a private event?
Everybody who wants to connect with professionals in Vietnam can come but need to RSVP.
i am impressed you can stand wearing a suit in a hot and humid weather.
You becoming a food blogger too ???👍👍👍👍👍
after being a public cia tool on youtube kenny is now an foody too... 🤣😂🤣
I am sure Ken got free meals for advertising the places on his podcasts.
Must have gotten free meals broadcasting on his channel.
do you do EB5 / EB3 (target the US) ?
Yes, we do.
WOW ................... Looking forward to my future retirement in DaNang or NhaTrang
Do we have to give tips in Vietnam..?
No.
is good video! vetnams people have good foods! bring back beautiful vivien from communication team and zuri from legal team. is good do more shorts and foods with them!
"In all honesty it's my own place" 💀
For the right kind of man, it's a life goal. I am not a good foodie or restaurant manager, but I guess Ken found someone who could run the place. Not a bad deal for a Viet who had a dream but couldn't find a position till Ken showed up...
THX, u should do more food vids, just sub
Breakfast with suits 😂😂
🙂
Dương should do a video with other channels beside your own. That will bring lots more reviewers and others to recognize your channels. Pham Dung, Sapatv, etcs…
Please follow our channels as we did collaborate with other channels such as What The Pho, Chef Chad, and other channels.
Please people subscribe and sharing 😊dis guys is awesome 😎
very loose Ken! I like that!
Watch the amount of msg intake. My sister had too much of it in her food, her feet swelled up for a few days and she wasn’t able to walk, her doctor said.
*Have you ever been back to the States?
Yes.
Thank for recommend few nice restaurants in Vietnam
FYI….remember the average lunch in USA about $15.00 U.S. dollar the average income about $4000-$5000 U.S. dollars a month
In Vietnam average income $300-$500 U.S. dollars so what’s the percentage of ordinary citizens in Vietnam can afford to eat….3% I guess!!!!
There is a huge disparity in the US to state an accurate average lunch price. For instance, a simple burrito at Chipotle in San Francisco is about $13.50, excluded drinks. Not everybody eats fast-food nor lives in San Francisco. Thus, it would not be accurate to provide an average lunch price vs. price of a dish.
Lusine is an overpriced cafe with mediocre food. Don’t see many locals eating there. The only good thing about their locations is the interior design
I love Vietnamese food and many healthy, . US has mostly shit food, apart from high end restaurants ... There is a reason why most vietnamese are slim in comparison to americans
Except for the broken rice place the rest are only for rich folks! 😝
Food in the streets looks actually very good but I worry about the hygiene. Food is left out without refrigeration for hours and the air pollution is an issue as well. All the scooters’s smoke falls on the food.
Com Tam is a “M. U. S. T.” have but again…. the hygiene standard can be an issue. There are rats everywhere literally you will see rats running inside restaurants so that is an issue too.
I like pork but pork meat can have worms and that can be an issue as well.
When food looks too exotic just have a fried egg Banh Mi and smile….
Too fine dining for me. Where is the beer? 1, 2, 3 dô!
Some time is not the cheap rent and food is what people wanted. The bright mind and future is what people want. Going to scvn country is you going backwards in life 😢.
El Gaucho. Eat greater food.
sitting in his shitty coffee joint all alone... 🤣😂🤣
Omg this guy looking darker by the day must be hot in Vietnam
Does the color of one's skin pose you a problem?
These are legacy ways of lives handed down by the Europeans. Time is moving forward and it will be hard to hold on to this lifestyle.
You are a liar not a lawyer.
We love you too!
What a mean thing to say. These videos are really interesting
Is cholon still. There I used to walk to it from the Caravelle 40 years ago, I forgot to ask last February when I was there.
I personally enjoy street foods so much more than those fancy places.
Expensive lunch
