If you watch the video in slow motion, it wouldn't stand up until accidentally threw it, then it stood up. LOL Anyhow, the coin is yours! Email me at jdsvarietychannel@gmail.com
Fun fact, the Dutch 10 cents coin ("dubbeltje") fits exactly in the hole of a compact disc (invented by the Dutch company Philips). Still don't know if it is a coincidence or not. :)
Nice collection of old coins..I love the odd stuff. Would love to see a quick breakdown of your collection and which are you favs and most valuable coins or bills! Happy digging in the future JD! ✌
What is up? No snow here, thank goodness. That is one amazing little coin. I have a 1980s Singapore coin in my meager collection, I believe it is the smallest coin I have. I had an idea to display the coins by making them a display on a model railroad flatcar. That little coin is very interesting! Never saw one that small before. If they have this for 2.5 centesimos, is there a 1? Very cool! thanks for sharing!
Those were some pretty cool coins JD! If you ever build a display for them you'll have to put a magnifying glass nearby so people can really check them out
Good job, JD, your new camera certainly shows up all the beauty & flaws of these remarkable little coins. And the snow was most picturesque, too. Happy Hunting 🎥😎🐾🕸❄🍦
Hey JD, been watching your videos for about 2 years. Yours are one of the first detectorist series I started watching. I am a huge fan of your dig or die vids, hope you do more. Love your channel, thanks for sharing. Larry ~Dirt Nerds
Hi Mr.Jd sir. I am a young coincollecter from North Carolina. Thanks to your videos it has inspired me to continue my dream as a coincollecter.I really appreciate your videos. Thanks again JD sir
And since the history behind the coin is as cool as the coins themselves, a little fun fact is you can get postcards on Ebay which have a picture of Lorenzo being shot by a firing squad. Apparently his martyrdom got him on the coin, much like Lincoln and JFK.
Hello. I have several coins from various countries washed ashore after Hurricane. Where is the safest place or way to find out about them? Value etc. Thank you
Hello Mr. JD. I really love your videos. I have just started collecting coins and started watching your fantastic dig or die TH-cam videos. Currently my oldest coin is a 1940 nickel! Thank you very much for being a inspirational person for showing the world of how anyone can do anything. Thanks again Mr. JD sir :)
Idk if you remember me, but I was the one who told you about the 1888 seated dime that i found in the back of my 1970's house. I've been watching your videos for about two years now. I love them!
Love the videos JD! Your a big part of myself getting into detecting. Great ethics and very inspiring to do my own door knocking and just going out to have fun regardless the treasures. I’m even making a little film on metal detecting southern Mississippi. Keep up the videos because I thoroughly enjoy them!
Oh my gosh I have never seen such a tiny little coin. Thank you so much for sharing this information with all of us. I love your videos and would like to be put in for the drawing to win The small coin.
I very much enjoy your videos. very well spoken, with helpful comments added to further your viewers knowlegde! Thanks for helping those of us that don't have much time to spend, but truly enjoy the hunt! ;) Thanks again for all you do! Indeed the coin is stunning (and I agree there appears to be doubling on the 2nd to last coin) . The smallest coin is really cool. Panama is a beautiful place! Keep up the great videos! I'll be waiting right here for it!! :)
Been watching your channel for over a year now. Your such an inspiration to many of us. Your knowledge of coins is remarkable. Thanks for sharing your cool finds with us and also sharing your knowledge. Oh and btw I was in Kroger parking lot last week and looked down and found a Canadian dime and a key laying right there...it was kind of cool to find those
Hi JD....I've been watching you enjoy the snow storm!! I have a very modest coin collection that would love to have a Panama centesimo as a brother :) Have a Merry Christmas and I wish you all the best in the coming New Year.
Wow, that is so small! Congratulations to whom ever you choose. I’ve had a widow’s mite- but you can’t see much detail. I think it may be a bit larger than your smallest coin. You must have a wonderful organizational system! Have you done any videos on coin storage options?
JD I have been watching your show for awhile.. Love the snow, I am in fl .. Can you send some snow my way lol.. Keep up the good work.. And have a MERRY Xmas And I love that coin...
Very cool! I just received some old Canadian nickels and had no clue they were so small!! I love finding stuff like that! Great vid and thanks for sharing. 👍
Love your videos JD! These tiny coins are so cool :) I've been hoarding all these cool coins (mostly pennies) I find at work in my tips and now everyone at work makes jokes about it lol I just think they're neat, I've got a whole jar just for old wheat pennies
Been enjoying your videos as well, JD. You certainly do have a cool variety of interesting videos for sure. Please keep me in mind on the coin giveaway 🙏
I absolutely love watching your videos, and while I don't have some amazing story I do want to tell you that you have one of the most entertaining channels on TH-cam. Thanks and keep it up!
Thanks to you I’ve got my very first metal detector sitting under the Christmas tree. Very excited to try it out. Our house was built in 1900 so hoping I’ll find something interesting. Thanks for the videos. Me and my kids love them!
Hey! This a 70 year old widowed Grandma raising a eleven year old grandson, that is watching you continuously. Over and over again.l. Guess what???????????????/ I just bought a medal detector and I'm learning from you. I think your a very handsome guy and I love you taking the caring time to cover up whatever you've dug. Your the only one that cares not only about what comes from the ground but so neat when your finished, I brag on you all the time and we don't even know each other.
I used to work in Amsterdam for about a month every year before an after the Euro changeover. The Dutch dime was an annoying coin, weighed nothing, and was worth a nickel. The Euro coins were a major improvement over the guilder.
JD! This would be awesome of you sent it to me! I just started metal detecting and the oldest and best coin i have is a 1935 buffalo nickel... i LOVE your videos and my wife thinks im a little obsessed cause i check every 2 hours to see if you posted a new video... lol. You are very smart when it comes to this stuff and everything i know i have learned from you! You are the coolest person on planet earth. Come to iowa and detect sometime. Lol happy hunting!
I found a Singapore 5 cent piece while metal detecting in Bohol ,Phillippines it's a very small coin, but your smallest one there is a beauty ! Thanks for the possibility of winning a small coin .
Very enjoyable video. Thanks for posting some interesting coins. I was googling them as I watched the video to find diameter information on the coins. I recently dug my smallest ever silver (80%) coin. A 1919 Mexican 10 centavos along the edge of an old cotton field under a giant pecan tree 100 feet from the river. It is 15mm in diameter... just bigger than your Polish grosz (14.7mm)... but it still rang up about like a wheatie. That Panamanian 2.5 centesimos is tiny, though, at 10mm! Wonder what that thing would ring up?!?
What an awesome little coin. I have a very small one as well, but not quite that small. It’s a 1978, 10¢ piece from the Netherlands. I also have a sitting liberty, half dime from 1872. My collection is very small, but I’d love to add that coin to it.
J.D I love that table, That coin would look really good in my little, but nice collection. My coin collection will get bigger, and my mom has willed her collection to me as well, really nice of my mom.
Hi, ever since I have been watching your videos I have bought a medal detector and started coin hunting and the best thing I have found is an 1859 sitting liberty half dollar in great condition that coin would look very tiny next to it! I also found an 1858 eagle cent!
I actually own a ten centavo coin from 1938 from Mexico. It is EXTREMELY small. I honestly think it is fake because I cannot find anything on it. But it is really neat. Anyway, great video JD!
Considering that your new camera zooms is really close, you weren't shaky much at all. A small tabletop tripod would be less stress on you filming though.
hey JD . i would love to own your dime. i metal detect here in N.C. but all i ever found is nails and current coins. i love your videos and have been watching for some time now. I am disabled and your videos brighten my days. i am 59 and i hope to find some good stuff this year before i turn 60. i detect days i am able. thanks jd.
These are real cool. I often wonder if people lost them they are so small. It must be tough. How did they store them??? If you pur it in your pocket it would be easy to loose. Would be nice to know.
Nice to see videos on foreign coins, I have an album full of various countries, would like to know if any are collectable or valuable. Everyone needs to be checking coinstar rejection slots , I find many foreign coins that way.
"you're giving me away, no way am i standing on my side just because you asked" - Smallest coin JD owns
If you watch the video in slow motion, it wouldn't stand up until accidentally threw it, then it stood up. LOL
Anyhow, the coin is yours! Email me at jdsvarietychannel@gmail.com
Thank you. I've emailed 😉
@@Rimmo Congrats! Merry Christmas!
Fun fact, the Dutch 10 cents coin ("dubbeltje") fits exactly in the hole of a compact disc (invented by the Dutch company Philips). Still don't know if it is a coincidence or not. :)
JD - The coin, when standing on it's side, resembles a wedding band. I don't blame you, I'd give it away too!! heh
Another great Video! It is amazing to see those coins and a great comparison. Thanks for posting, much appreciated.
Cool coins JD. That small one is thick! Nice video. GL & HH!
Nice collection of old coins..I love the odd stuff. Would love to see a quick breakdown of your collection and which are you favs and most valuable coins or bills! Happy digging in the future JD! ✌

I like the Panama coin. Does the Polish coin have doubling on the date as well?? Great video, keep them coming. Thanks JD

1900 house ? You will defiantly find some older coins are relics as long as there hasn't been a lot of fill dirt brought in.
That is one tiny dime. Would have never believed it if I did not see it. Very cool!
It would be nice to have that coin. Congratulations for the channel!

Hey JD, I love your videos that’s an awesome coin, I can’t believe how small that is.

The blurry Victoriano kind of looks like Alfred E. Newman. 😃 Ready for the coin roll hunting.
I actually own a ten centavo coin from 1938 from Mexico. It is EXTREMELY small. I honestly think it is fake because I cannot find anything on it. But it is really neat. Anyway, great video JD!
Interesting. I did not know this was the smallest coin!

Beautiful view. Thank you

AWESOME video !!!!!
Think I'm too late for the small coin but always enjoy your vids!
I love the 2 1/2 Centesimos coin, I recently found a 10 Centesimos coin in KY.
Nice video 👍
You should check out some Roman minims. They are hard to clean as you can barely hold them in place whilst trying to clean them.
These are real cool. I often wonder if people lost them they are so small. It must be tough. How did they store them??? If you pur it in your pocket it would be easy to loose. Would be nice to know.
You’d think something that small would get lost very often.
Nice to see videos on foreign coins, I have an album full of various countries, would like to know if any are collectable or valuable. Everyone needs to be checking coinstar rejection slots , I find many foreign coins that way.
