Wonderful interview. I have been following Marianne since 1992 but it’s good to hear her now with so much experience behind her and added realisations. I thought the interviewer was very good and when she finished with thanking Marianne I was nodding ‘yes’. !
Great interview. "We should be the last people who should be sitting out the great social, political and economic questions of our day because if you have a clue what changes one heart, then you're the one who has a clue what would help change the world." 🙏💜
In a book titled Creative Transformation, creativity was rationalized in an equation combining ethics and intelligence. Yes exactly, ethics is much in lack. 😊
I find this extremely interesting. I am on my spiritual path and trust me, I’ve walked through my Hell and watching this “Game of Life” play out. I’m not into politics nor religion. I never was. I’ve never voted. I’ve never gone to church. Now looking at what has just happened as a watcher of what has just unfolded in the “political arena “ had to happen. The collapse had to happen as we move out of the Age of Pisces into the Age of Aquarius. Is it going to be a little wonky. Yes! “Attachment is the root of all suffering “~Buddha. Many will not do well moving towards the “new” whatever that may look like. ❤
What causes the fragility of democracy is the lack of personal responsibility that democracy is founded upon. When we think we are not Self-determined we think we are victims. Then we look to the government and media to take care of our physical needs as well as our legal and spiritual needs. Marianne supports reparations to Black people for slavery and its repercussions. According to the NAACP "in the first order, the NAACP should support reparations for Black people in the United States. It would involve a national apology, rights to the cannabis industry, financial payment, social service benefits, and land grants to every descendant of an enslaved African American and Black person a descendant of those living in the United States including during American slavery until the Jim Crow era. 1965." The cure for thinking you are a victim is forgiveness, not reparations.
@@lizfrancis6202 We are never victims. Knowing that is the only way we can truly forgive. Legal victims are not the same as spiritual victims. "Ask and you shall receive." on both accounts.
I’ve never heard someone be as right as Marianne. On every topic! However we need to change these video and book titles away from sounding like cult-y Christianity. It’s not accurate and could turn people off who have a history of religious deconstruction.
I could listen to this amazing human being for ever.

This was excellent. Thank you Marianne.
I love your intellectual honesty Marianne. Thank you

"Thinking you are victim" or actually being a victim?
What do you think of reparations that were given to the slave owners?
@@lizfrancis6202 None. They were doing something immoral but hadn't realized it yet and maybe never did.

Religious quakers
We don’t live in a democracy we live in a republic. I love your teaching but when you discuss politics you are choosing fear and Satan, imo!
