I need to do a life table that adjusts for unemployment rate (those claiming unemployment benefits) and proportion of those in the labour force, can I use the same approach, but replace unemployment rate and proportion of those in the labour force with proportion of those with disability? thanks!
@zedstatistics How to include mean and median survival time with the output of a multivariate Cox proportional hazard analysis in SPSS (or SAS)? My model has 7 covariates. A hazard ratio for one covariate is therefore adjusted for other covariates in the model. The mean and median values given with Kaplan Meier (KM) curves are for unadjusted survival curves because KM allows only a one-covariate analysis (univariate). Thank you in advance.
I'm not getting the concept behind calculating conditional probability of death at allllll..😰😰 can anyone help please 🙏🏽? if we say at 6 months x number of people of alive and y number of people were dead, why don't we simply take x/2 + y/2? how come we are halfing the dead and not the alive population? In short, what the point of doing this calculation even and not just sticking to simply death rate?

Can you post a video on progression free survival and overall survival? Any book recommendation?
Great work, thanks a lot!
Really nice lectures.
Sir, please upload videos based on Probit and Tobit models as well. Thank you for a very helpful video on Logit model
Can I have a question? Does life expectancy is also equal to expected survival?
Where is the next video of survival analysis?
Still comin! Teaching full time via zoom is zappin' my energy to spend more time at my desk.
Subscribed! Great series so far. Would be nice if you provide links to download demo files :)
Hi. Where can we see the rest of this series? I mean, parts 4 to 8.
