If I have another tape with it to use as a source, then yes, but there's only so much that can be done with a 22 year old VHS tape.

@@retrocommercialscanadaI think you might’ve uploaded it with background noise reducer, try without it. Or if it isnt the case, try to clean the insides of the tape.
