Sir, you already discussed this sec is applied only on suit and applications , but in sub sec (1) and (2) contain one line ... Whether in a court of first instance or of appeal or revision, I can't understand about this line please explain it.

Great video bro thanx a lot, but you have wrongly explained the explanation (a) - it actually means: the day on which the former suit was instituted before the wrong court + the day on which that suit ended + the period during which such suit was pending - has to be excluded while counting/calculating the Period of Limitation under this section.

Sir bare act me rule 1 and rule 2 likha hua h .. Lekin aapne rule 3 of order 23 CPC ..padhaya ..pls clear this confusion.

Actually it’s about rule 1 of order 23.. and here sir explain us the sub rule 3 of rule 1..so thts y u get confused.. check or 23 of Cpc it’s containing rule 1 with its subsections...from all which subsection 3 of rule 1 is relates to here..and rule 2 is exception of this sec 14(3)..
But what is the meaning of this act, when delay is condoned liberally. Actually our laws always protect culprits and punish righteous people.
