Coz ye explanation toh start hi IN EXCLUDING THE TIME se start ho rha hai...

Lyk wen we say foreign territory & others outside India, pehle J&K was part of it but now please can u tell me what is the case ???

Add hoga kyu ki wha pe counted word use hua h islye wo time add hoga agr excluded word use hota to count nhi krte
