Hello, I'm having a problem, I have a few cameras like this and the last two I bought have been showing an error, like it goes crazy after it detects movement, it doesn't return to the point it was configured, which I imagine is something in the software, because the others work normally, follow the movement and then returns to the determined point. I've looked and haven't found the solution yet. My 2 are even inverted right and left. When I check the option for movement tracking, a message comes up that in other cases does not appear. the msg: (People detection and motion tracking cannot be active simultaneously. If motion tracking is active, people detection will be disabled.) If anyone knows how to solve it, I would appreciate it.

What I saw that was different from the others on the device, these two have “PID” below the device version, the cameras in question Device version: RH50x20, PID: XM530-RH50x20_8M, Software version: V5.00R02.000306bf.10010.346517 .0000000, only this “PID” is different from the others. I have a dual lens camera that has this “PID” but the tracking works normally, but the other cameras work normally and do not have a PID.

I suggest you resetting the camera first and reset it, if it still do not work.
Please go to see if it has new version to upgrade or not.

How do you turn on the light on the camera?

What does daemon time do?
When you set up the daemon time for security camera, it will rotates back to the daemon postion after human leave out the camera's field of view.
