Gonna be great! Bunch of questions and requests: 1) Where do you get your aluminum sheet? 2) Could you supply dimensions and/or drawing? 3) What kind of sheet metal brake do you have? Could you do this without one? If not, maybe a harbor freight one? Thanks!!
Nice work, looking good! I think the reason the original/reproduction cardboard ducts have the more finished side to the inside is that it is marginally more weather-proof. But yeah, not the material of choice for something you expect to last more than a year or so!

It’s actually amazing how well the cardboard/fibreboard shrouds and transmission covers held up over all those years!
TOG is obviously a tin-knocker. Looks beautiful.
Great upgraded shroud! Can't wait for part two and when they become available at Moss!! Make sure to get your patients.. 😁
Hi, I’ve been looking for something like this for a while. Are you able to provide the drawings etc for this? Greg

Enjoying the shroud project, I need one too Thx!!!
So when you are done, come up with a price and I'll order one.
Looking good. Funny that the TR250 doesn’t have a shroud only two small cardboard side pieces attached to the radiator.
I'm with Chris Fisher, let me know Thanks
