@@NLKMediaGroup Also to note that when in "normal" mode you can receive on fm cb 27MHz frequencies I never tried it on any other mode but its very impressive and as of right now I haven't tried any other frequencies yet
@@straublittleman I did a bit of playing around with it and I think its filtered out. I set the H3 to 27.175Mhz and tried transmitting on a President Randy 3 and also on a Thunderpole TX and it didn't receive either of them. I could talk between the CB radios just fine but the H3 didn't pick up the transmission at all. I suspect the radio has filters in it to cut out the lower HF freqencies as its not designed for them. It was however, very interesting to play around with this to see what it can and cannot do. Thanks for letting me know as I didn't even try anything that wasn't UHF or VHF. All the best. MJ7NLK

Just learned how to put my name and call sign on the radio. Now when I turn the power on it don't say welcome it says my name and call sign done with the blue tooth app

That was related to the mother-in-law comment at the end. The H3 is cheap enough to not worry about it if the radio goes missing while the mother-in-law is out forraging.
Hi Victor, the Bluetooth does not have a lock. You need to download the ODMaster app in order to connect to the radio. You can however, turn on and off the BT with the BT button on the radio. Only turn on when you need to program otherwise keep it off. All the best and thanks for watching MJ7NLK
Very good question. I kicked off a wireless copy and then used another one in frequency scan mode to find out. It's using 423.975 as the frequency to transmit on wireless copy. Hope this helps. MJ7NLK

@@NLKMediaGroup Weird i try mine on 27.205 and transmit from my qt-40 on fm and it receives and sounds clear. but it won't receive AM
