Don’t understand why everyone thinks that because Chelsea have a big squad they’re gonna be really good. Their squad is full of random youngsters. It’s like Todd boehly is playing fm
I think you’re right about 4th. What several pundits fail to remember is for most of last season Newcastle were missing 5 or 6 first choice players. They had the biggest injury crisis of any club. Statistically, they were top 4, but they lost or drew games from winning positions due to horrendous injuries. The injured players (except Botman) are back, plus as pointed out, Tonali is back. Retaining their top players and regaining the injured ones effectively gives them 4 new players that they co I’ll don’t call on last season. Top 4 is a great shout.
Chelsea had more injuries than anyone but tbf cfc, newcastle, utd and brighton were all hit hard by injuries. U can add spurs but that was mostly in the 2nd half of the season unlike the former 4 that went through the entire season.
@@fplrandom6232 Newcastle lost mpre days through injury than any other club, and with a smaller squad. Even the BBC begrudgingly admitted that when trying to write a woe is me article about their beloved Man U.
Aston Villa had a squad full of injuries and still managed to get champions league football. Also they still had to play Europa conference league football which is an underrated competition with high intensity games. Unai knows what he’s doing
@@limofootballall of those teams had a lot of injuries but Villa had three ACLs to key players along with Ramsey’s ongoing foot injury who only played about 10 games…. Those other teams had a lot of players out at one time, granted, but we had a stream of long and mid term injuries to starters
@@Muanlal_Phiamphu they will be, tottenham have squad depth now, watching them in pre season and watching bergvall, donley, mikey moore, lankshear, all i see is quality, one more signing, a toney, a neto, an eze, and theyre in the fight for the title
@@ziudra91Tottenham finished 5th last season with the most injuries in the entire prem And have only gotten a better squad now. I see no reason to think they finish 8th. 6th at worst 3rd at best.
Okay, okay, I'm a Newcastle fan and I'm looking at it through rose-tinted glasses bla bla etc. But people are really sleeping on this Newcastle team. Pope is back, our defensive stats are mental when he plays. Tino and Hall, potentially the future of England in their respective positions, Schar getting better every year, Botman back before December and with a very capable custodian in Kelly to start the season. A midfield 3 of Tonali, Bruno, Joelinton; that's going to be brutal for any opposition to come up against. Isak and Gordon up top will tear it up with less games to play this season. Assuming an upgrade on Almiron comes in (which looks to be the case) the first XI is very tasty. If the coaching/medical staff can sort out whatever caused all those injuries last season, we are a shoo-in for a top 4 challenge. I hope to see Villa fighting it out with us. If Man U put faith in Ten Hag they could have a good year, he fits their tradition of developing and getting the best out of young players. But I don't trust their owners one bit. Boehly will continue doing his best to make Chelsea fans hate him for his shortsightedness and Maresca won't last long if they don't come out firing. It will be interesting to see what Slot does but imo they need to buy a better front-man. Man City and Arsenal top 2 again. If Spurs go in to the new season with Richarlison as their number 9 again, I don't think they will be able to make an assault on the top 4.
I don't think myself it is disrespect, everyone has their own point of view and staying up for a promoted team is getting harder so no great surprise most folk have one or more of the promoted teams to go down, no one will be shocked if all three go back down, me? I like Ipswich and I think they will survive, they play good football and are always looking to score goals, they can be vulnerable to concede a few, but I can see them as the one who will stay up.
That's wild, Aston Villa have the resources to sustain both League form and compete in champions league at the same time, the fact they finished fourth and made the conference league final is proof. They will still finish top 6 at least I reckon.
@@kkrr3677 you should watch the premier league besides the big 6 in the premier leauge, maybe you can understand the value of players that aren't attacking and acknowledge that players who score goals and assists aren't the main reason teams win
Thogden putting spurs 8th is criminal I believe this season spurs will get 4th just and win the carabao cup and get into the semis of the europa league
@@atlegangmoeketsi8865fr some people have no ball knowledge like just because spurs are known for not winning trophies doesn’t mean they won’t ever win one, kids nowadays
Their opinion about the wolves fans feeling nervous this season couldn’t be more wrong lol, first season in a while that most of us are going into with optimism especially with the way the atmosphere round the club is and they forgot about our number 9 we signed
Im Convinced especially Theo has a real problem with Wolves for some reason, every video he talks about them he thinks the clubs all doom and gloom and it very weak, when getting rid of Kilman was good business he's really not that good, and Wolves will 100% go out and get a centre-back anyway.
Yeh they are just making that up on the spot, this is one of the strongest squads we've had. Just need one more CB which looks like its going to happen.
Gotta say you two have been well harsh on ipswich town 😂 I personally think if we didn't have mckenna defo relegation but because we do I'm weirdly confident we are gonna just survive
I'm a Leicester fan and I think Ipswich are the likeliest of three newly promoted teams to stay up (admittedly I'd have said us if not for our deduction)

My prediction, but obviously there is SO MUCH time left on the transfer market, so this could change the whole thing drastically! Relegation battles seem pretty clear to me, though the battle for the CL spots could be interesting! 1. Arsenal 2. Thogdad, none of us wolves fans are nervous, we’re in fact excited. We’ve also signed Strand Larsen Thogden not just Gomes and Lima. However, Gomes and Lima have looked sensational in the pre season friendlies. We have a great group and great squad depth now. Especially with Mosquera coming back from Villareal and Guedes. Guedes has looked sharp and willing to work under GON. Chiquinho has also come back and looked good and has said he wants to stay despite sporting Lisbon being interested. It’s also looking like as things stand that we will keep Neto which is a massive boost. GON has also said we’re looking to bring in another CB to replace Kilman.
Newcastle 10th have you lost your mind and Chelsea 7th while losing 4-1 to Celtic while most of their team consisted of A team players, and Liverpool 1st? They’re getting either a 4th league placement just edging 5th or Thursday nights again
1.Liverpool didn't sign new players just yet. If they failed, I think 4th place will be an ideal. 2.Aston Villa finishing 7th and 9th? Look at the recent transfer activities! Personally, I want them to finish 3rd or 4th. They are building a strong squad and Unai Emery is the master of upsets. He rallied Villarreal to Europa League winners and Champions League semifinals, while almost led Aston Villa to Conference League Final last season. 3.Leicester City will definitely finish mid-table. 4.Spurs might get better results if there's no injury disruptions. Early Predictions: Champions: Manchester City. UCL: Manchester City, Arsenal, Aston Villa, Liverpool. UEL: Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspurs. UECL: Manchester United. Relegation: Ipswich Town, Southampton, Everton.

As a wolves fan, I watch these every year. One year, just one, You both might actually do some research about us. Not fleeting snippets - Like missing off 2 of our signings, The fact that you had us relegated last season, only for us to be safe with 10 weeks to go. Had 2 players get more then 10 goals, one of them registered 11 assists as well. We have signed young hungry talent along with a 6ft 4 Number 9 that we have been missing since Raul.... One year, it might happen.

Still early, but: 1. Arsenal (their amazing football and consistent hunger to win the PL will finally pay off) 2. Liverpool (solid still but no new business and the loss of Klopp will impact them) 5. Aston Villa (squad looks really well run and should not be too affected by UCL run) 6. Tottenham (still good without Kane, but Ange can't do great for the whole season) 7. Crystal Palace (under Glasner, they're not a 2-man team and will go on great without Olise) 8. Chelsea (should do good but too many new signings and new manager means no chemistry) 9. Newcastle (they'll have Tonali but Howe might leave, and generally they'll not compete enough) 10. - Villa have literally got amazing squad depth, they won’t come 9th - Philogene isn’t really a new signing, villa had a clause to match what anyone bid for him to buy him back - Keeping Toney isn’t important for Brentford. Igor thiago is the outright replacement for Toney but (I think) no one has tried to sign him properly yet. Toney wasn’t in good form at the end of the season and most Brentford fans hate him anyway because of his arrogance and how he doesn’t seem to care about Brentford - Why is villa a competitor for Everton. Even with the predictions in this video they aren’t even close to each other. Just because they are in the same league doesn’t mean they are a competitor. - Amadou onana also isn’t too big of a loss as he wasn’t even starting towards the back end of last season and quite a few Everton fans are happy with selling him - Fulham already have a solid replacement for Palhinha in sasa lukic and they are bringing in Andre from fluminense, who may be a different type of player but is still a good signing for midfield. - Don’t see how Liverpool will come 3rd - Man City’s points deduction will probably end up happening next season because of the amount of charges they have against them - Mohamed kudus is one of the best wingers in the league and Lucas paqueta is a regular in the Brazil squad (even though he could get banned). Even if Bowen doesn’t stand out, why wouldn’t these 2? - Wolves have kept most of their squad and have a lot of class players, only losing 1 decent centre back. I think most Wolves fans aren’t worried with what happened last season, especially under Gary O’Neil

Aston Villa competed in the conference league, meaning they have thursday nights. The dip in form of douglas luiz despite that set back still performed well and consistently along with major injuries, managing a solid 4th place. Moving Villa down beacuse of villa going to europe is literary a invalid arguement, villa were alreadly in europe the season they got top 4. Now they got their injured key players back tyrone mings, emi beundia, jacob ramsey, kamara + new signings. How can you still doubt Villa, just because it's not a big 6 club. This is big 6 bias!
I 100% agree with you. Claiming a drop off because 'lack of squad depth is ridiculous'. Have they not seen the players we've signed? Even if they have they definitely haven't watched how well they've done in pre season
Nowadays Villa competes with Liverpool, not Everton. The bias of the bollox-6 advocates like these two are having a meltdown, and because their domination is under threat by a rival club with huge potential, hence such predictions like 9th etc
Villa 7th or 9th isn't 'crazy', it is just downright stupid. I feel like it might be an engagement hook, but I'll bite. We had Conference league football last year, so although the UCL is a different level, we still have the experience of going through a European competition mid season. Luiz and Diaby are huge misses, of course, but Onana should replace Luiz quite comfortably, Buendia's return with Philogene, Ramsey, Rogers and Iling Jr all across the front should make up for Diaby's contributions, and Felix would only further that. With the amount of signings we have made, the squad depth is significantly better, so a European campaign would have less impact on the league season anyway! If one of you had said 5th, maybe even 6th, I could at least see some sort of sense. But 9th is just absolutely ridiculous.

1st. Man City (Still have the best squad, Haaland, Alvarez, Rodri and more) 2nd. Arsenal (I feel they still don't have the squad for the title, its close but not yet.) (also i'm thinking about Raya being 2nd choice behind Unai Simion not quite sure what to make of that) 3rd. Spurs (with Van De Ven and Romero fit throughout the season, its going to be great for spurs, still however lack a proper goalscorer, still time to address that) 4th. Man Utd (Fantastic Transfer business in going out of club and getting Yoro is superb signing, not 100% sure about Zirkzee but i still think he will be good, at least better than Hojlund) 5th. Newcastle (no Champions League, no nonsense, straight up all about the Prem, Pope back in squad) 6th. Liverpool (New manager, no new signings will drive them down 2 spots) 7th. West Ham ((New manager with different tactics more attacking and with the players they got now (Kudus, Bowen and more) and new signings they will be fantastic, Moyes was a solid manager but it was time for more attacking football) 8th. Aston Villa (Champions league will drag them down, more games to play) 9th. Chelsea (((New manager at his first big club with big objectives, too many goalkeepers currently Petrovic, Sanchez, Jorgensen, Kepa) Kepa most likely to leave Chelsea, but all currently still at Chelsea, who is gonna be playing?, most likely Sanchez still nr 1, and Jorgensen to be nr 2, that leaves what to do with Petrovic, I think Sanchez is going to be 1 of the problem and cost them points, and Jorgensen being a bit too inexperienced in the prem to start with also being a bit same type of Goalkeeper style as Sanchez, I would much rather keep Petrovic 1st and Jorgensen 2nd, a bit different styles of Goalkeepers Petrovic a bit more traditional goalkeeper while Sanchez and Jorgensen a further up Goalkeeper somewhat like extra defender) also too big of a squad, might get a bit to much competitive. 10th Crystal Palace (Lost Olise but signed Kamada, and have now may have signed Sarr, with the current manager and squad they are going to be fine, and if Mateta's form continues theyl do just fine). 11th Brighton (Gonna be fine with new Manager, and some exciting new signings such as Minteh, just couldn't fit them above any of the other teams) 12th. Bournemouth (some good transfer going on Dean Huijsen, Tyler Adams if fully fit will feel like a new signing) 13th. Nottingham Forrest ( Signing Milenkovic was a fantastic deal, gonna be one of the best transfers this season also signing Anderson great, i fell Santos will bring a bit more stability to the team along with the team not signing as many players, as they have in past transfer windows will help strengthen the core with more cohesion, and getting rid of some players will help them generate funds for those big player signings they need). 14th. Fulham (Loosing Tosin and Palhinha is not good, but with the money they have now, they might be able to find somewhat of a replacement to fix the holes and ad more squad depths) 15th. Wolves (They will survive, but that's about it) 16th. Ipswich (will be a huge surprise, Kieran Mckenna will help them stay up, wont be easy though) 17th. Leicester (will struggle a bit but in the end will survive, i fear the defence mainly Goalkeeper position is not quite strong enough, and it will be difficult finding Goalscorer if Daka does not deliver) 18th. Brentford (I feel a struggle comming as they struggled lastseason, yes they have Ivan Toney and yes he scored at the euros, but last season even though not full season he still only scored 4 goals 2 assists in Prem in 17 games, they need him to deliver if they are to stay up) 19th. Everton (Loosing Onana is going to be a killer blow i fear, the signings have not been great, i fear Ndiaye will struggle along with Lindstrom, O'Brien and Iroegbunam not sure about them. they still do not have a great Striker, Sean Dyche magic cannot last forever without new backup of good signings) 20th, Southampton (Fear they don't have the squad, Bazunu their main GK apears to be injured till sometime around January)

Liverpool and Chelsea havent looked great. Man United are Man United. I think they would be disappointed if they didn’t get top 4 as an Arsenal fan
Don’t understand why everyone thinks that because Chelsea have a big squad they’re gonna be really good. Their squad is full of random youngsters. It’s like Todd boehly is playing fm
They are winning the league
I think you’re right about 4th. What several pundits fail to remember is for most of last season Newcastle were missing 5 or 6 first choice players. They had the biggest injury crisis of any club. Statistically, they were top 4, but they lost or drew games from winning positions due to horrendous injuries. The injured players (except Botman) are back, plus as pointed out, Tonali is back. Retaining their top players and regaining the injured ones effectively gives them 4 new players that they co I’ll don’t call on last season. Top 4 is a great shout.
Chelsea definitely had a bigger injury crisis
Chelsea had more injuries than anyone but tbf cfc, newcastle, utd and brighton were all hit hard by injuries. U can add spurs but that was mostly in the 2nd half of the season unlike the former 4 that went through the entire season.

People forget Newcastle had the worst injury crisis in the league last season too
Chelsea
Brentford played golf
The disrespect on the newly promoted teams is insane
As a saints fan haven’t seen anyone predicted us not getting relegated. Can’t wait to prove them wrong

@@matthiastheplotagonistandg7658I have to sorry
- Villa have literally got amazing squad depth, they won’t come 9th
- Philogene isn’t really a new signing, villa had a clause to match what anyone bid for him to buy him back
- Keeping Toney isn’t important for Brentford. Igor thiago is the outright replacement for Toney but (I think) no one has tried to sign him properly yet. Toney wasn’t in good form at the end of the season and most Brentford fans hate him anyway because of his arrogance and how he doesn’t seem to care about Brentford
- Why is villa a competitor for Everton. Even with the predictions in this video they aren’t even close to each other. Just because they are in the same league doesn’t mean they are a competitor.
- Amadou onana also isn’t too big of a loss as he wasn’t even starting towards the back end of last season and quite a few Everton fans are happy with selling him
- Fulham already have a solid replacement for Palhinha in sasa lukic and they are bringing in Andre from fluminense, who may be a different type of player but is still a good signing for midfield.
- Don’t see how Liverpool will come 3rd
- Man City’s points deduction will probably end up happening next season because of the amount of charges they have against them
- Mohamed kudus is one of the best wingers in the league and Lucas paqueta is a regular in the Brazil squad (even though he could get banned). Even if Bowen doesn’t stand out, why wouldn’t these 2?
- Wolves have kept most of their squad and have a lot of class players, only losing 1 decent centre back. I think most Wolves fans aren’t worried with what happened last season, especially under Gary O’Neil

Bottom 3:
18. Nottingham Forest
19. Ipswich Town
20. Southampton
I have the same for top 4 clubs but put Brentford and Leicester City in relegation spots
1) Tottenham
2) United
3) Arsenal
4) Villa
18) Southampton
19) Leicester
20) City (cmon 115 charges Everton got a 10 point deduction doing something once that was objectively better than what city have been doing)
@@charliewilson6817deluded shitty predictions. Pure bias no logic
Same top 4 except Arsenal on top, but I don't think Ipswich is going down. It will be Leicester with their deduction
@@charliewilson6817 Tottenham at 1 is crazy
Come on lads, Wolves also brought in Strand Larsen at CF. Far from being nervous, most Wolves fans are really looking forward to this season!
Thogdad is right. Man City will get relegation due to points deductions.
Character from Simpsons... Killed me 😆
Villa 7th or 9th isn't 'crazy', it is just downright stupid.

13. Crystal Palace
14. Everton
15. Wolverhampton Wanderers
16. Bournemouth
17. Nottingham Forest
18. Southampton
19. Leicester City
20. Ipswich Town
1st. Man City (Still have the best squad, Haaland, Alvarez, Rodri and more)
2nd. Arsenal (I feel they still don't have the squad for the title, its close but not yet.) (also i'm thinking about Raya being 2nd choice behind Unai Simion not quite sure what to make of that)
3rd. Spurs (with Van De Ven and Romero fit throughout the season, its going to be great for spurs, still however lack a proper goalscorer, still time to address that)
4th. Man Utd (Fantastic Transfer business in going out of club and getting Yoro is superb signing, not 100% sure about Zirkzee but i still think he will be good, at least better than Hojlund)
5th. Newcastle (no Champions League, no nonsense, straight up all about the Prem, Pope back in squad)
6th. Liverpool (New manager, no new signings will drive them down 2 spots)
7th. West Ham ((New manager with different tactics more attacking and with the players they got now (Kudus, Bowen and more) and new signings they will be fantastic, Moyes was a solid manager but it was time for more attacking football)
8th. Aston Villa (Champions league will drag them down, more games to play)
9th.
11th Brighton (Gonna be fine with new Manager, and some exciting new signings such as Minteh, just couldn't fit them above any of the other teams)
12th. Bournemouth (some good transfer going on Dean Huijsen, Tyler Adams if fully fit will feel like a new signing)
13th.
14th. Fulham (Loosing Tosin and Palhinha is not good, but with the money they have now, they might be able to find somewhat of a replacement to fix the holes and ad more squad depths)
15th. Wolves (They will survive, but that's about it)
16th. Ipswich (will be a huge surprise, Kieran Mckenna will help them stay up, wont be easy though)
17th. Leicester (will struggle a bit but in the end will survive, i fear the defence mainly Goalkeeper position is not quite strong enough, and it will be difficult finding Goalscorer if Daka does not deliver)
18th. Brentford (I feel a struggle comming as they struggled lastseason, yes they have Ivan Toney and yes he scored at the euros, but last season even though not full season he still only scored 4 goals 2 assists in Prem in 17 games, they need him to deliver if they are to stay up)
19th. Everton (Loosing Onana is going to be a killer blow i fear, the signings have not been great, i fear Ndiaye will struggle along with Lindstrom, O'Brien and Iroegbunam not sure about them. they still do not have a great Striker, Sean Dyche magic cannot last forever without new backup of good signings)
20th, Southampton (Fear they don't have the squad, Bazunu their main GK apears to be injured till sometime around January)

Premier League 24/25 Predictions:
1: Arsenal
2: Man City (Ederson and Alvarez leaves)
3: Tottenham (Top 4 mainstay)
4: Man United (Signings pan out and Ten Hag era is back)
5: Chelsea (I'm quite high on Maresca and no Europe fixtures)
6: Villa (UCL fixtures take them down; don't have the depth)
7: Liverpool (Interchangeable with Chelsea; ucl fixtures take them down a couple spots along with Slot first season, no signings but I think they'll have a good ucl run)
8: Palace (If they keep Eze)
9: Newcastle (Howe for England or he stays, but they win conference league)
10: West Ham (up and down season)
11: Brighton (New manager pans out)
12: Bournmouth (2 12th place finishes in a row)
