I would like to fall at his feet and give respects. Such a wonderful explanation, even when i was in School I once had an argument with my maths teacher when he asked what happens with infinity if we take a few numbers from it. I replied you cannot take anything simply from infinity in existence. If you take it, it will still be a part of infinity because what you call as infinity will also include you and me and we cannot survive separately from infinity. Everything that exist is only in the finiteness of this infinity and we also cannot have more than 1 infinity because if it does, then the definition of infinity will have to be changed. He just stared at me and said in this subject we can still take numbers from Infinity. I didn't like his answer and after that I didn't study much of Mathematics because even with all that maths in your head even my teachers didn't understand that maths is no separate from Science and and it is for the quantification of science maths is there. It cannot exist separately. So if my teacher can't tell me the relevance of a subject in real life i just started hating the education system cause that teacher was himself IIT pass out and a lot of students had crammed formulas under his term and themselves got admission into IIT. So somewhere I developed this hatred towards Indian Institutions because the necessary requirements to get into IIT's is what I felt wrong and people who are genuinely interested often don't get there.

What I have understood in this mundane world, people commenting on such subject and Dr. BM Hegde are not competent to do so. In modern medicine, today only a handful of people are knowledgable and rest only vomit what they simply were given swallowed. Humility is not there where it should be.

But, none of the serious & lethal infectious diseases or severe traumatic injuries can be treated without the use of specific antibiotics nor can the infectious diseases prevented without the use of vaccines. There is indeed a place for both holistic medical healing as well as the allopathic medical & surgical practices.
Everyman or everything is a totality of the Absolute total. The harmony helps to grow and the disintegration viceversa....I am layman... so I like this speech very much.

One which is CREATED, SUSTAINED, AND DESTROYED to make way for a new cell & that although the universe is made of various materials it is still a cell whose time frame is in billions of years whereas our own cells time frame is a few days. The philosophy of homeopathy says the same. When harmony is lost inside, symptoms and diseases result and homoeopathic medicines restore this balance which we call internal homeostasis. Medical professionals must understand this concept of "wholistic healing" to be of use to the mankind. Treat "man" as a whole person!

A lot of love and respect to you sir. I m confused a little about number of cells in human body. In your many lectures I heard that there r 120 trillion cells. But sometimes u say 50 trillion. In this lecture again 50 trillion cells. So why is it so? Clear my doubts. Any one please. Thanks
Cell being individual consciousness,it has to be stimulated to avoid all negative things so that the mind turns inwards and accepts feelings like love,and help to others. This being the nature of the cells there will be total harmony .
Its wrong to say most diseases are due to bacteria/virus. There are several diseases which are psychosomatic. Even without bacteria/virus, people have disease. For osteo arthritis is linked with obesity, not any microorganism. What Prof BM Hegde speaks makes sense especially treating human body as a whole rather than with atomistic, separable trait.

Investors ( many of these are pension funds) invest money to make drugs happen. they would surely expect a return on their investment, very much like any other company would do.
