He has an essential drumset to say the least, a band without a rhythmic guitar, lots of backup vocals to fill, and yet he trains the whole show with monstrous energy and accuracy. Chad Channing’s amazing creativity mashed with Dave Grohl’s hulk mode is a hell of a cocktail 🤘🏼🔥💣

It reminds me of the fabulous camerawork for woodstock ...... long shots allowing the viewer to feel they are there WATCHING this MAGNIFICENT performance. kudos to the production crew ! I've been listening to the 1-2 punch of school and aneurysm for the last few months .... I just can't get enough. PURE EMOTION. I just LOVE kurt's guitar playing. RAW and almost uncontainable .... bursting with FURY.

Man one of the best 3 piece bands to ever exist. So much power from each individual. If Dave Grohl hadn't have joined up, they wouldn't have been as big I dont think. His drumming put them in the position to be huge and that's what happened. Prior to Dave, the drummers were Nirvana's weak area. Thank God for Dave Grohl and his excellent drumming.
I agree, I feel like the best part of nirvana songs is usually almost always the drum. It’s like a constant beat that drives the songs like an engine. The way he drums makes it impossible not to like it, they’re usually so groovy too in addition to them being monstrous and hard hitting.
