Pile 2 😭 I've been so stressed about some stuff lately that it has completely affected my sleeping schedule. I was really hesitant on taking actions, and even thought about it for so long. I did eventually take action- spoke my truth, mustering all of my confidence to protect my boundaries. No longer allowing others take advantage of my patience and poison my energy.. I picked number 2, and it sort of fit my situation which is my beloved indoor only kitty Little Grey snuck outside unseen on New Years Eve. Everyday I still search during the day and I search every night until 4 am. All I do is search and cry, state at the wall and search and cry myself to sleep only to wake up and do it again. Yes I fuked up big time 25 years ago in my marriage, and admit innuendo from her friend stroked my ego that my wife had ignored for so long, But Nothing happened.
Over a 15 months ago we were Spritually awoken by a Navajo Shaman, and our lives changed.

Pile 1. I don't need to upgrade my standards - tyey have always been high. Not all people in my life have been able to live up to my expectations tho.
