Kripal ji if you ever land in Hyderabad it's a must to visit shadab hotel , 'lucky restaurant' at alkapuri, X road & bavarchi at RTC cross road ..they have some amazing food to serve.
I watched those videos on Delhi Food walks. He showed the entire process of making biryani at lucky restaurant. Although I am a vegetarian but it was interesting to watch it as a food lover. That cooking technique was different.
Shadab hotel is overcrowded and the ground floor seating area is very dirty and unhygienic. Customers need to go stand at the cash counter and place the order. The waiters just stand around doing nothing. Horrible experience. It's not just the food that matters. Ambience and service are also an integral part of a dine out experience. Stay away from Shadab or order a take away.

every eatery has it's own version of biryani and it is very difficult to judge which one is better if one tastes 30 biryani on each day; every biryani will top the list on the give day. the biryani i love is one which is little moist rather than a dry one which takes time to reach the stomach
Andra / Hyderabad biryani is just too good man. Nothing compares to it , everytime I visit Hyderabad the food is just amazing . Biryani , Apollo fish, chicken Majestic & Haleem during season.
i saw the chichaba taj..biryalani. i thin mutton and chicken both biryani rice same they prapare keep masala seperate..order comes they can serve fastly.

I spent right amount of time in Hyderabad exploring Biryanis and never thought there are other biryani varieties that are as good as the Hyderabadi one's. Also please feel free to rate lower than you normally do. The way you rate each item is one of my favourite things about watching your videos. That way we get to know what we must not miss in this lifetime. Let's say anything above 8.5 is a must try. And I do believe this is not your motive behind this amazing work, but please consider this a request from a fan.

In Jayanagar 3rd block East(Near Thilaknagar Police Station) there is Taj Dharbar hotel which provides superb Kabab and Ghee Rice which is best. All they have many more. But kabab is at it's best. Try it once.
