Hello Elena, I hope you are very well. I am interested in buying a Singer 700 Knitting Machine (like the one in this video), but first I would like to confirm if this machine can make a fairly tight or tight knitting point (a low point would be in hand crochet), please. Could you confirm if this knitting machine can make a tight or tight stitch? Thank you very much for your answer. Kind Regards.
Roxana, it takes (and likes the most) sports yarn, which is pretty thin (like Etamin). I am not familiar with the "tight knitting point" terminology. At the end of the day, it all depends on the combination of yarn and tension you are using. I am sorry if I could not be of better help.
@@MightyKnittyMachines Dear Elena, thank You very much for your answser I really appreciate it, because in some way You helped me, specially with this coment 'it all depends on the combination of yarn and tension you are using' which I thought in some point. You have a new happy subscriber. God bless You and your channel.
Basically just set all levers and knobs for Fair Isle settings, choose you pattern, insert the card and then move the carriage back and forth...If you have instructions for the machine, they should explain it. If you dont have instructions, they are available online.
Nice
Thanks
