The entire point of this show was to point out the hypocrisy about it being OK to act racist towards chinese, while if you even say the color "black" people will start screaming and crying out "RACIST! RACIST!". I guess the message got lost in translation.

That video posted to chinese social media took things too far. It’s not at all obvious that it’s satire and ”a play on racist stereotypes”. Without the context of the swedish show It just comes of as playing into stereotypes and being offensive.
However, overall this episode as a whole did show a balanced view of China from a swedish perspective.
We ackownledge that China has built some great things. We ackowledge that it’s hypocritical when ”racism” against chinese is still more acceptable than racism against black people.
But we still will never back down from calling out the Chinese government on dictatorship and holding political prisoners

@@MrHuangyiping Det finns en förmögenhet av information om Xiangjiang till och med filmer och bilder från inuti dessa läger. En kompis pappa har levt nästan hela sitt liv där. Han har mycket att säga om hur han och andra uyghurer har blivit behandlade.

Although I agree Chinese from China is quite unruly. But people then generally mistaken that all Chinese are from China, and the non China Chinese have to answer for these terrible things.
I am Chinese. In the Chinese social media, most people including me are not happy with what the Chinese tourist has done and support the Swedish police. However, this program is really racist and totally would alter Chinese people’s impression about Sweden totally. I am totally disappointed.

The satirical video at the end was too much. This was good up until that point, but that video will be completely interpreted as being literal, not ironic. Know your audience (which in this case you don't - hence the racist accusations).

It's satire. I'm chinese and I'm not offended. They are making a PARODY of news and just saying garbage in order to make a joke. He is being ironic saying that it's not racist when it is, because he's making a joke about how people preface racist things by saying 'I'm not racist'.
