Without the context of the swedish show It just comes of as playing into stereotypes and being offensive. However, overall this episode as a whole did show a balanced view of China from a swedish perspective. We ackownledge that China has built some great things. We ackowledge that it’s hypocritical when ”racism” against chinese is still more acceptable than racism against black people. But we still will never back down from calling out the Chinese government on dictatorship and holding political prisoners

It's satire. I'm chinese and I'm not offended. They are making a PARODY of news and just saying garbage in order to make a joke. He is being ironic saying that it's not racist when it is, because he's making a joke about how people preface racist things by saying 'I'm not racist'.

Racism is about ideas that some races are superior to other, and that they therefore should not mix. Satire and sarcasm around a regime, a country, a culture or a religion is something entirely different.
The satirical video at the end was too much. This was good up until that point, but that video will be completely interpreted as being literal, not ironic. Know your audience (which in this case you don't - hence the racist accusations).
