When I was 13 I got caught stealing from Claire’s too 😭 my friends and I would go to the mall and steal for fun after school. It started off as one or two things but once we realized we weren’t getting caught, we started stealing more and more at a time (like $100 worth) on that day, we scoured the whole mall already and Claire’s was gonna be our last stop before heading home. I was the first to walk out and when I did, there was a security guard already standing outside and he grabbed my hand that was holding a necklace behind my phone (yes I was that confident lol) he gave my friends the chance to leave me since I was caught first and they ended up staying with me🥺 he brought us to the mall jail and I was the only one put in the cell. They called my mom to get us and thankfully my dad was in Texas at the time so he never found out even until now. I’m just glad I didn’t get any punishment other than being banned from that mall for a year. But im kinda glad it happened cause i definitely learned my lesson and never stealing again hahaha

He got caught, luckily his Dad knew the police chief and all charges were dropped, but he and his Dad came over to our house and told my parents. After a while I finally admitted my part in the plan and my Dad gave me not only the belt but I got the buckle of the belt also😓

I also experienced that here in the Philippines it’s either flipflops or belt or a long stick or hanger will make your ass sore hahaha.
