Naalala ko lola ko. Iyong fried chicken niya, calamansi, patis at tinadtad na bawang ang marinde niya. Tapos, diresto prito. Double frying ang ginagawa ng lola ko. Bigla ko na-miss ang luto ng lola ko. 88 years old na ang lola ko at nag-uulyanin na kaya di na niya magawa ang magluto. Mabuti at tinuruan ako ng lola ko na magluto. Mas naunawaan ko kung gaano kahalaga ang pagluluto at pagkain.
Mejo mas simple lng yung sa akin salt and pepper lng po ingredients ko..di ko na pinakuluan deretso prito po..yung dami po ng oil si kalahati po ng manok..habang piniprito pinaliliguan ko po ng oil gaya po ng ginagawa nya..
