How to bypass US crypto laws (LEGALLY)
ฝัง

- I just bought myself an ID, that gets me verified on a lot of international crypto exchanges…legally. That means I now trade for a larger selection of cryptocurrencies, futures, staking and much more.
In this video, I’m going to explain how I did it, how long it takes and which exchanges it works with. And all of this was done using a US passport.
As for the legal stuff, international crypto exchanges are not supposed to allow US residents to use their services. But residents of other countries can. So in this video we’re going to become a resident of Palau, without actually having to go anywhere.
Important note: Don't use the address on the back of the ID. The RNS ID people said they'll charge you for it if you do. So might need to just skip exchanges that require an address for now.

I know this lady you just mentioned. She's really good with and on her job. She's helped a couple of families and individuals' finances
She is really a good investment advisor.
I was privileged to attend some of her seminars, that's how I started my crypto investment

I'm glad to write her tay I do hope she will help handle my paycheck properly☺️☺️☺️
I wouldn't say they don't want US residents on their platform. Because they most likely definitely do they just don't want to deal with our shady corrupted overbearing government going after them. Appreciate this video and the shared info 👍
Who is “they”?
If the US government cant tax you they don’t want you. Plain and simple!! Corruption and greed.
Overbearing gov is right.

@FullValueDan I probably have about $200 in kucoin. About $175 in KDA. I want to withdraw it all out and put it in coinbase. Coinbase doesn't exchange KDA. Any suggestions? Or do I just have to let it go and forget the $200ish dollars?
Yes you still need a VPN to show you are connecting outside eof the USA to the CEX or Centralized Exchange

Great video man. Lots of other TH-camrs were only making videos about using a private VPN, but this is the extra hurdle all new users face.
I love how happy he is. Smiles for days. Keep winning bro.
This was great Dan, thank you! Nice to see you again and even hear a little of your back story.
Thanks! Working on creating more content...just slowly
You are an asset in this space. Thank you so much for everything you do!
what an absolute banger bro this is crazy
This is GOLD. Thank you
Great video man. Like always!
Great video. Quick question. What’s your daily withdrawal limit from KuCoin. Cause I can withdraw 25k using a vpn already. Is the limit a lot higher with I’d?
Thanks for sharing …. Your awesome … appreciate all your content !!
My pleasure!
One other thing that a Palau residence ID might be useful for is obtaining an account with a money-transfer service.... especially one that normally doesn't accept US residents. Similarly, one might be able to get a crypto debit card with a company that doesn’t accept US residents (of course, one would then have to spend one's money outside the US)
Full-Value-Generous-n-Genuine-Dan always bringing something valuable to the community...appreciate you 🙏
For Kucoin are you using a VPN to change your location? Thank you for this video!

Great stuff, but one question... Once you have your Palau ID and get KYC'ed on Bybit, do you need to access Bybit with a VPN from that moment on? ( I assume that Bybit can see from my IP address where I live, so if they see if I still live in the USA, won't they deny me access to the site ??)
You could be traveling. It’s not like you need to stay in the country of the ID. People travel, right? 😂
I was heard you have to access through your vpn every time your own the site. And not to forget or they will flag you.
Need to use VPN for ByBit because they block logins from USA IP Addresses.
Awesome video! LOVE that you show which exchanges the ID worked for! Waiting for my ID!
How did it go?
@@user-fk8tr5ev8q Got my ID a while back. Only a couple brokers appear to accept the Palau ID....some are no longer accepting it.
Yeah, update please
Any luck with this?

WoW! Thank you Dan.

Wow, aha, this guy is awesome. The first vid of his i've seen and he instangly became one of my fave crypto youtubers!!!
Thanks Dan, great video! Just curious, does the Digital Residency equate to an actual Temporary or Permanent Residency Status - as far as having the right to live in Palau - or no ?
You can actually stay in Palau for the duration of your digital residency. It's to promote tourism too from digital nomads.
Thanks !
Also, even without a digital ID, you can visit and stay in Palau for up to 365 days straight.
Thanks for continuing updates I'd rather trade the stock market as it's more profitable. I make an average of $34,500 per week even though I barely trade myself.

A lot of people still make massive profit from the crypto market, all you really need is a relevant information and some professional advice.
Thanks to Mrs Deborah Davis.

Good to see you Dan!
Thanks! Good seeing you in the comments again! Working on making more content!
My US Passport expired and will process the renewal as of this coming Monday here in the US (EST) can you use say just a drivers license for now or even process the Palau application while waiting on your passport to renew? Thanks for this video, have been sitting on the fence and you video has convinced me to move forward, thanks!
Yup, it looks like a license should work: docs.rns.id/support/faqs
Applicants can use official government documents like ID-card, passports, driving licenses, and Resident permits. ID must be valid for at least one month after the present date.
Thanks so much!
How did this work out for you? My passport is expired.
Thanks Dan this is great. I never knew about this. I was looking in today other countries. They have a e-residency programs. But are they the same I mean do you got a digital or photo ID so you could use it with KYC? Do you know of any other countries that do this kind of thing.
Apparently Estonia was the 1st country but later the gov cracked down on them. My educated guess is: Guam, Cayman islands, Hawaii and maybe Phillipines will eventually follow.
Literally the best thumbnail ever
What kind of AI Photoshop software do you use ??? Btw great video . Thanks
Thanks! It's Photoshop (Beta). In the Creative Cloud dashboard, there's a section for BETA versions of Adobe apps that are in it's testing stages.
Hello Full Value Dan? did you try to KYC with Uphold?
Great information! Thank you!
Hey Dan, how long did it take for you to verify KYC on Kucoin? Also if you're in US do you still have to use a VPN along with the RNS ID? you're feedback is greatly appricieated!
Kucoin was almost instant. I'm not sure if Kucoin's IP restricted in the US, but I think you already know the way around that.
@@FullValueDan Yes, Kucoin does use your IP addy to determine country of residence.
Guys i want to know if some one used this digital id in US and how did u cahsed out ur money from Kucoin?
@@chucklaizure1442so u also need to use a vpn?
I'm wondering as well, I'm concerned they will ask for proof of funds when trying to withdraw
Thanks for the video! For Binance, did you try using your passport with the Palau address? From what I understand, based on my numerous exploratory discussions with them, it doesn't matter what country your ID is from, but instead that you prove you have a residency in the country that they are legally allowed to operate. So if you had a vacation property in El Salvador and could prove its your other residency, then they'd allow you to trade.
I did, Binance rejected the application pretty quickly. It could have been through automation since it was clearly not a passport.
Hmmm, looks like the physical mailing address is charged annually and is based on the calendar year Jan to Dec. Not sure if they would pro-rate it, given that it's now October. Also, not clear whether the first year's subscription for the physical mailing address is included in the initial $248?@@FullValueDan
Not the question he asked. I'd be interested to try that, Luke
KYC stopped me from being rich on Binance. Some years ago
In your video, you mentioned using the address on the ID card, didn't you? That's Palau's government offices address, so will not satisfy for Binance's proof of residency requirement. You need to pay an additional annual fee for a mailing address, as well as maintain at least $35USD in a "mail forwarding" account. The $35 is maintained in the event they need to forward mail to you. It's just a legal formality, as there is no reason any mail will be sent there. @@FullValueDan
Dan, Thanks for the info! Very helpful! Have you tried to attach a US Bank account to any of the exchanges after KYC in order to onramp and offramp fiat? Thanks!
Need to on ramp a different way I'd say. Use a us exchange to onramp then send to wallet then send over to exchange you want to use. There are other more private ways to do this but that's a whole different task
One thing that MIGHT work... for a US citizen... would be to get a bank account outside of the US. It is POSSIBLE to do that much; once in possession of the bank account, MAYBE it could be linked to the crypto account that was created with the Palau ID. (I haven't tried this, however).
Thats the most important question, and nobody is making it.
Can you use Palau ID to KYC on Kucoin with an existing account or will you need to create a new account?
very helpful video once KYC approved on let’s say KuCoin, do I still have to use a VPN out of the Canada or i don't need VPN.
Yes you will still need a vpn.
wow! thanks!😃🙋🏾♀
TYDan, appreciate the info. Won’t creating an exchange acct using a US ISP influence the approval, vpn doesn’t seem to always hide the ISP. Wondering if it would be worth traveling to another country to create acct and buy.
Not really worth it unless you just wanted to travel anyway. Seems like some of the exchanges aren't that strict with VPNs and you might have better luck just buying an IP address in another country (some services provide that) or using a Deeper Network VPN (I have a few videos on their products).
Have you tried to go through a KYC process at Coinbase using a Palau DID? It is my understanding gains made "offshore" under a Palau DID remain subject to US taxes as regular income but not as capital gains.
This is great, thank you!
You're very welcome!
This was a good video; a lot of concrete information. BUT... one thing I wonder about is: do any of the crypto exchanges send tax documents to the customer's "country of residence"...? If a Palau resident gets an account on, say, Kraken, will Kraken send tax documents to the government of Palau.... and if so, what will the government of Palau do with those documents?
Probably send em to the embassy lol
How do you pay taxes then ? for ex, you stake on kraken. how do your declare those earnings?
Fantastic content, keep it up!!
how about Uphold?
did you try for that exchange?
Do you have to use a vpn to Palau before while filling out info for each exchange?
