It wouldnt even slightly make sense as a subclass. Its not light or darkness based. So it doesnt deserve a subclass, but that doesnt mean outbreak isnt good
Siva can just be infused with Darkness in a pyramid/ziggurat or something. Yes the replication chamber is destroyed, and we killed that one boss in Wrath of the Machine. But weren't the fallen trying to steal Outbreak Prime/Perfected in the original Zero Hour Questline so they can have access to Siva again? Why can't we do the same?
@@MitchellTheMitch that sounds even less appealing. We already know that resonance and nightmares exist. Why should we drag up siva from the grave when both of the first two make perfect sense without being “infused with darkness”.
Considering how powerful Outbreak is now, especially being overcharged, this isn't that surprising. Outbreak is the best weapon for Excision, it melts The Witness in the third phase.
5 dudes and a girl used a parasitic nanotech weapon to make a god go into cardiac arrest and said god surviving the endeavor gets blasted in the face by 12 more people using their terraforming life laser beams and the god fucking dies, now that's lore
One way to make the witness damage phase a breeze is with a solar warlock running the stag. One well, one stag rift and 3 solar resistances, you can tank all of the witnesses beams (except the slam wipe attack!)
It speeds up the nanites to get you to max. Even so a lot of people would be better off with Outbreak instead of trying to fail at damage rotations. Of course at that point if you’re by yourself (with Outbreak) just spamming Cloud strike will serve you better.
You can get this damage by yourself, EVENTUALLY. The benefit of multiple outbreaks is that you reach the damage cap faster but the actual cap itself doesn’t change no matter how many outbreaks you use
@@petervalvo1186no you can’t , the maximum amount of nanites 1 player can stack is capped but the total amount of nanites applied by a fireteam adds up per outbreak user. Let’s say the max is 25 (fictive, since idk from the top of my head), solo you’ll at best get 25 nanites on a single target. In a 6 man fireteam however you’ll be able to get 150 (6x25) nanites on the same target so your initial boost to damage per shot goes up a staggering amount, add rewind rounds from the revamped mission crafted version (the OG only had outlaw) into the equation allowing you to keep up your maximum amounts of nanites much longer before a reload might cause you to have to build them up again from scratch depending on how long you’re not able to get shots in and you will understand why outbreak can cook like this but also why it requires commitment of an entire fireteam to actually run it. Added anti barrier properties through the artifact this season is icing on the cake. Ps. Back in the day players could stack their nanites on a target while it was immune prior to a damage phase and still had infinite instant reloads standing in rifts/wells/behind rally barricades. Its ease of use made it a go to pick for certain bosses that had stationary dps phases (whisper was still king if you had thumbs tho)
we had 6x outbreak so we stacked the dmg realquick, we had luna well for raidiant + take care of dmg drop of because of the range and we had a hunter throwing smoke bomb to weaken him + 3x kinetic surge
"SIVA could never stand a CHANCE against the paracausal!" they said. "No way it deserves a subclass."
Pssh! Haters.

@mothmarx398 Because we need a Red Subclass. And don't lie, you'd def eat it up
So my buddies are actually right, double primaries and some lame heavy machine gun is actually all you need!

@@juanjodpr some cap here, huh?
@@Daniel-eye no its not capped, go try it for yourself, i did tried it and got an ez clear

With rewind rounds, it's actually crazy
Not even counting dmg done via the nanites
1:39 a primary?
Gives me mad Sweat an Calus vibes.
After all these years this gun still cookes.

Dato destroyer of witness
This is actually kinda unbelievable doesn't feel real

Raids would be so much easier if teams were just open to trying different weapons, rather than the meta "still hunt, rocket quickswap" all the time.
To be fair that’s a one phase
Delete this video before bungle nerfs this godsend primary
Why would they nerf it? It’s not even broken😂🤡
Reminds me of doing 6 rat kings through entire VOW LOL
When the gun first came out, everyone melting the boss at Scourge of the Past
one person with outbreak cant achieve the same single person damage right? outbreak needs multiple to be this good?
Yes. The more the better

Correct.
What about master mode??? Also maybe tether hunters are the play?
3-phases just as fine with no debuff on him. Just need lunafraction and some burst ults for the last stand
I just need the survivability tip so that I just have to jump and not move around
i recommend you to watch this vid, it might help you out a bit. (tip5 and tip6) th-cam.com/video/0SXeH1MZyow/w-d-xo.html
Also use 3 solar resistant mods as his attacks are solar
If Iron Wolf not sealing the SIVA, witness have no chance to take the earth
for a primary, pretty good. Very slow but I expected a 3 phase lol
wild dmg, thx for the vid!
Nah 6 whispers with the solar and sniper perks can one phase
Try 6x Lucky Pants Malfeasance
how does it perform on master witness?
Probably the millionth commenter but those nanomachines son
