- رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي ۖ إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
Rabbi awzi'nee an ashkura ni'mataka allatee anAAamta AAalayya waAAalawalidayya waan aAAmala salihan tardahuwaaslih lee fee thurriyyatee innee tubtuilayka wa-innee mina almuslimeen
My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims. #ustadh_mohamad_baajour
I am So grateful for my parents and grandparents. My grandfather became a Christian during WW2. He raised my dad and his siblings as Christians. My father and mother raised my siblings and I as Christians, we were very active in the church. As an adult, I met my husband who is Muslim, I had a Lot of questions for him and reverted about a year after we were married. Now, we are raising our children as Muslim. I am so grateful. All praise to Allah!

Whoever says SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi (Glory be to Allah and Praise Him) a hundred times during the day, his sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea [Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:168, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071]
whoever says SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi, Subhan-Allahi 'l-`adheem (Glory be to Allah, and Praise, Glory be to Allah, the Supreme)

Its been some months that I am making this dua. Just now I read the meaning of whole ayah and surprise that it mentions age of 40. I am 40 years and I didnt make this dua when I was younger. Also checked next version, which mentions forgiveness and promise of paradise. Alhamdhulliah Alhamdhulillah Alhamdhulillah.
Alhamdulillah! Being saying them for over 20yrs now. Very glad to hear about it again. And my thankfulness to Allah. Thought it was about getting old. The prayer also helped.

A shahid is considered one whose place in Paradise is promised according to these verses in the Quran:
Think not of those who are slain in Allah's way as dead. Nay, they live, finding their sustenance in the presence of their Lord; They rejoice in the bounty provided by Allah. And with regard to those left behind, who have not yet joined them (in their bliss), the (Martyrs) glory in the fact that on them is no fear, nor have they (cause to) grieve.

Who is there that can intercede in His presence except as he permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures As) Before or After or Behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِن رَّبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۚ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّن رُّسُلِهِ ۚ وَقَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۖ غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ(۲۸۵) لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۚ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا اكْتَسَبَتْ ۗ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ ۖ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وقفہ وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وقفہ وَارْحَمْنَا وقفہ ۚ أَنتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ🤲🏻🪻💥🪴💕
HASBIYALLAHU LA ILAHA ILLA HU ALAYHI TAWAKKALTU DUA IN ARABIC
Here’s the dua from hadith of Sunan Abu Dawood 5081,
حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
Transliteration: HasbiyAllahu laa ilaaha illa huwa alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa Rabbul arshil adheem.
TRANSLATION OF THIS DUA:
The meaning of hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa hu alayhi tawakkaltu… is:
“Allah is sufficient for me. There is none worthy of worship but Him. I have placed my trust in Him. He is the Lord of the Majestic throne.☝️🤲🏻🪴🪻

In the Quran, Surah Ibrahim there is a dua which was said by Prophet Ibrahim, may peace be upon him, which asks Allah to make him and his family among the best Muslims.
In this short dua Prophet Ibrahim asks of Allah for the following things:
Be among the Muslims who have the discpline to pray the five salats consistently.
Asks Allah to have children who would remember the importance of establishing prayer.
Asks for Allah’s forgiveness for himself.
Asks Allah to forgive his parents.
Asks Allah to forgive the entire Ummah.
So what exactly was this dua?
RABBIJ ALNI MUQEEMAS SALATI IN ARABIC
The dua is from Surah Ibrahim ayat 40-41. In arabic this is written,
رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِي ۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ
Transliteration: [ayah 40] Rabbij alni muqeemas salati wa min zurriyati Rabbana wa taqabbal du’a [41] Rabbanagh fir lee waliwalidayya wa lil mumineena Yawma yaqoomul hisaab
RABBI JALNI MUQIMAS SALATI MEANING:
The english translation of this dua is:
“My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication. Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established.”
On the day account is established “Allah will recompense every soul for what it earned. Indeed, Allah is swift in account.” (14:51)
We would be wise to recite this dua every so often, it is a beautiful dua and asks Allah many things, the main focus being for good family. It wishes well for yourself, your children and your parents. It even goes to on to ask forgive the entire Muslim ummah.🥀✨️🕋✨️❤️❄️🤲🏻🌸

AS-SABOR: The Forbearing, The Patient🥀✨️
˹He is˺ the Originator of the heavens and the earth. He has made for you spouses from among yourselves, and ˹made˺ mates for cattle ˹as well˺-multiplying you ˹both˺. There is nothing like Him, for He ˹alone˺ is the All-Hearing, All-Seeing.✨️🤲🏻❤️✨️🕋✨️🫀🌽
رَبِّ أَوزِعني أَن أَشكُرَ نِعمَتَكَ الَّتي أَنعَمتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلىٰ والِدَيَّ وَأَن أَعمَلَ صالِحًا تَرضاهُ وَأَصلِح لي في ذُرِّيَّتي إِنّي تُبتُ إِلَيكَ وَإِنّي مِنَ المُسلِمينَ
Surah 46 Ayah 15
My Lord! Inspire me to give thanks for Your blessing with which You have blessed me and my parents, and that I may do righteous deeds which may please You, and invest my descendants with righteousness. Indeed I have turned to you in penitence, and I am one of the muslims
