Hi Claire my husband says the same when I have Botox, I think a little is great for prevention but so easy to over do it. I’m going to leave my face alone now and grow old gracefully plus save money 😅 I do spend a lot on medik8 skincare which is brilliant xx

Just hit 60 and I finally have an idea of what I like to wear . I think it helped to have my colours checked and following people here on you tube has given me ideas . Anna the edit has 3 words for her dress code and so mine is classic, casual , tidy . Thanks to you and others I was encouraged to join a gym so my body and mind are so different to a decade ago .

Glad you booked your hols! It’s so hot over august that we have booked our first family holiday abroad in October half term! And expensive!! Can’t wait! Hope you go back to north Devon this year. We are going in July and august xx

I’m 44 and my girls are 25,18&16 and I have felt the same since my younger 2 became teenagers.I feel like I’m too old to wear some of the trends..I get in my own head and think “if my 14yr old daughter loves this brand and style of clothes,maybe I shouldn’t be wearing it” and teens can be quite brutal and will tell you…I don’t want to look frumpy..I became a Nanny 21/12 years ago so I’m really sensitive about not looking like a older grandparent..
I have been in perimenopause for past 4 years and I’ve gone into menopause now and it messes with your head,my moods and emotions can make me be really sensitive and take little things to heart…😩 my mum and mother in law have told me it will settle down, once I can go on HRT,due to blood clotting disorder I have to be seen by a gynaecologist…🙈xx

I’m the same I’m 40 next year and always looked younger but really feeling I’m looking older lately! It’s a hard pill to swallow but it’s a blessing too. ❤
