people don't realize this sole treadmill is double the weight of a conventional residential treadmill such as proform or golds gym, etc... Ive had to move a CYBEX and a trotter treadmill before. those weigh over 500lbs. The motors in them are huge and the frame is 1/8" thick tubing all around.

I had to bring my Solef63 treadmill down my basement steps myself. My wife just helped me position the back end on the stairs but I did all the lifting myself…The only thing that helped was that my stairs are carpeted. I ended up putting a hole in the wall at the bottom.. Not easy at all.
