The Owner Ollie will steal you blind and they will some how firgure out how to keep your vessel. He has a contract with the Coast Guard so he hurts smaller outfits. That's why it's a grave yard of vessels right next to the Cannery smoke house. 4 different people and myself have had to learn the hard way. -COMANCHE NATION
