I watched a lean teen in the gym today go through a circuit of various exercises such as dumbbell lunges, alternating dumbbell presses, seated calf raises, and lat pulldowns. It looked like a circuit focused on accessory weakpoints. No, I didn't stop and ask him what he was doing. He was obviously following someone's system.
@@vikingstrongman5903 It's the exact opposite of common sense to care about what someone else is doing in the gym unless you're familiar with them and their goals. You're literally making up a story in your head about why what that person is doing will or will not work, based on the accomplishments you made up for them. Stop worrying so much about other people, and put that effort into your own training. Stop looking for a way to feel superior to others, because that's only going to slow down your own progress. I'll play the devil's advocate to my own comment. I'm human, and I watch others too. I do so to see if they have a solution that will work for my training. I've been a gym rat for a long time, and I pick up a lot of movements I never would have thought of by watching others do it. It's just a zero sum game to judge them for what they're doing.
So I read alot about dave tate and read alot of his articles n thn recently I found ths youtube channel n strtd wtchng its vids regularly AND ONLY NOW! AFTER SEEING THE THUMBNAIL OF THIS VIDEO! I CAME TO KNOW THAT THIS BIG OLD MAN IS DAVE TATE HIMSELF!!!!😂😂😂😂😂

I think the first problem is you're worried and speculating about someone else's training, when you don't even know what they're trying to accomplish.
