    Chad, I love these weak point videos. I honestly feel like this video alone will help propel me to this state deadlift record I’m eyeing. Keep it up man! You guys are killing the strength game.

    I just don't know how to program it. I hit a wall at 475 squat 245 bench and 505 deadlift (170lbs bw) and can't figure out how to program properly. When to push it when to hold back hard listening to my body just trying to do what's right. Keep plateauing especially on deadlift and bench. It's like the second week before peaking I crush huge rep prs and then fail all my maxes...

    Would the same weak points apply if a lifter fails just a few inches off the floor?

    Great Video!
    Do you recommend this as assistance work right after deadlift work? Sets, reps, percentage?

    Interesting. You don't consider the Stiff legged deadlift a stiff legged variant of the conventional deadlift. Where the weight begins off the floor and you reset it off the floor each time?
    The RDL would begin upright and the tension is maintained throughout as the weight is never reset off the floor, at least that was always my understanding?

    Could doing resistance band pulls help as well? Anyone had any success with theses? I’m stuck at knee level with 525

    • @LeichtCoaching
      @LeichtCoaching 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, but usually from other reasons, by increasing speed from the bottom to power thru stickpoint.. you could do banded deads and use isometric work fx isometronics method or overcoming isometrics with just a bar :) good luck

      If you do them controlled they are. Its way easier to stay tight when doing touch and go

      I have to agree, nothing pisses me off more than some asshole bouncing weights off the floor for reps we all know he couldn’t pull properly.

      It's called touch and go, not bounce and go.
      What's wrong with overloading the middle portion of a deadlift?
