Praise God,Thank YOU. I was thinking about that a few hours ago. We always relearn that "Nature is just miracles we have gotten used to. If we would see a tree with blue leaves, we'd be amazed. Even the changing of autumn leaves every year thrills us.Having raised 7 children,and we were given 21 grandchildren, today our oldest became 40. As you say,its the little things we see daily,luckily I learned that as a very young parent and shared with them so may moments, I remember almost all of them.

Nachum was tired and he laid down to rest. {I forget how much time passed exactly} but it was at least 30 years that he slept. I have been listening to this for literally nine months now. My daughter and I share a room, she is almost 10 months old. I had been looking for peaceful music to play all night for her, specifically 528hz. My parents laugh at me and tell me to play a different one, but I literally can’t. I love this one so much. It is so quiet and beautiful. My daughter loves it as well. I’m breastfeeding her now as I am typing this, she is just so sweet. Good night from both my babygirl and I♥️🌑
You go amazing mumma. My daughter is now 12 yrs. I breastfeed her for 2 years. We slept together for 5yrs. We are super close and she is so loving and respectful.
My son is 3 and I breastfeed him 2 yrs also. We still sleep together. My husband sleeps in the other room. Everyone is happy 😊
Keep your children close. They need to feel loved and will become beautiful people because of it. It's a special time in life. It won't last long. They won't always want to sleep with you. Gentle encouragement over time. They will sleep in their own beds.

I'm in a very bad place in my life right now. I have been going to intensive outpatient therapy 5 days a week for 3 hours a day. I have had various medications in this group. It is how I found this. It is helping me very much. I am trying to let go of the past. This is helping me. At least in the moment.

@@RobertJamesChinneryH I’m 40, raised Christian, but never connected w God… seemed like some abstract, far off entity that wasn’t involved in my life & maybe wasn’t there at all. 12 years ago, in my lowest of lows, w nowhere else to go, I cried out to Him, hopeless, desperate, angry, & said the same thing you said. For the first time in my life, He showed up, brought me a tidal wave of love & warmth & peace I’d never felt. He let me know He was with me, that He SAW me, & His heart broke for me. He wasn’t mad or disgusted with me. He took away shame & guilt for all I’d done to get me to that point. I’d never felt so loved & so peaceful in my whole life. Since then, I’ve come to realize that, not only is He ALWAYS with me, but He’s always been with me. I look back over my life & see how He never stopped working for my good, even when it didn’t seem like it & even when I doubted Him & His existence. He always made a way for me to be ok when it seemed like there was no way. I am proof that no one is ever too far gone for Him to love & save. And that He is never far from me, always close, always loving, always offering a way to freedom & peace when I’m ready to put down my futile efforts to fix things myself & accept His offer. I’ve come to realize that when I feel like God is far away or He doesn’t hear me or He doesn’t care (which still happens), that He’s waiting for me to come to a place, mentally/emotionally/etc., where I am ready to receive what He has for me. Often when I want Him to do something for me, I’m focused on the wrong thing. As I journey through the issue & my focus or priorities or awareness change, He’ll reveal something far greater & better than I’d even thought to ask for way back when I started asking. He is so incredibly patient with me, never pushing or demanding. He knows my limitations. He knows what’s good for me better than I do. His timing is usually different than mine, which is so frustrating. But as life unfolds, I end up discovering that His timing is ALWAYS perfect. Believing in Him & knowing He is there doesn’t make my life easy & pain-free. But it DOES make my life way more meaningful & beautiful & good & peaceful & hopeful. It makes the hard things make more sense & gives me the power to endure things with more peace & grace than when I didn’t. In hard times, I listen to Red Hot Chili Peppers “Don’t Forget Me” & Citizens “Oh God” to be reminded of these truths. I pray that God will reveal Himself to you just as He did for me. I mean this with all sincerity: He loves you, He is working for your good in this very moment, He wants to free you into peace & joy. Though it’s your choice & He doesn’t force you to do anything, He is pursuing you & will stop at nothing to give you freedom & peace when you decide & are ready to receive it. Jesus says “In this world you will have trials & tribulation. But take heart, I have overcome the world. Come to Me, you who are weary & heavy burdened, & I will give you rest.”
@RobertJamesChinneryH i recommend looking into Buddhism and "God" as you, everyone and the universe. Not that you're some divine thing, but that we are all divine and the world is suffering and good. You can't have one without the other, sort of yin yang. I found that more comforting than an invisible guy who's guidance is confusing. Of course, i respect all spirituality and whatever works for someone, I'm glad for them. I just know that the idea of a "God" in a Christian sense never did it for me, but i found comfort in other ideologies that hold similar morals and discipline.

Same. I listened to countless nature sounds to find one that helps me. I usually can tell after a few seconds of listening to it. This is the only one that I have found that I love. Helps bring about calmness. I love it so much I put it on at work too. I work with small children/babies and will put this on to calm them down or help them sleep.

My son was experiencing stomach cramps today. I asked my son to lie down on his bed, so that he can feel relaxed. I also played these beautiful sounds to him. As someone who suffers from severe, chronic nightmares, this seems to be the only sleep music that helps me to actually get to sleep and keep the nightmares at bay. I dont know how it works, but this is invaluable to me and I just want to thank Healing Sleep Tones so, very much ❤
My daughter had nightmares and it ended up being the home we were in. If you have moved you might want to look into ketamine infusions. They heal the brain would be the uneducated anwser. Search the internet and talk to a professional about them. They might be the answer.

There is something very magical about this music. Every time I play it I have the deepest restorative sleep and vivid dreams. I have narcolepsy so my sleep has always been a wild ride. This really connects me to a higher self, and feels like a loving mother’s hug. It is more than awesome, it leaves me in awe.
