Tradition and Individual Talent | Core 7 | Unit 2

In this unit, we will discuss "Tradition andthe Individual Talent", the most influential essay Eliot wrote, and "The Function of Criticism" where he talks about the tools of the critic. We shall also acquaint ourselves with some critical catchwords he coined-"The Dissociation of Sensibility "and" The Objective Correlative".Our aim will be to evaluate his achievement as a critic, and try to gauge his influence on later critics.
