I booked this cruise for Hubby's birthday on 4/12. This is my 9th cruise and 3 cruise line. It will be our first time on MSC so your review will help us a lot. I hope we have a better experience with the food but if not, no worries because maybe I will lose a pound or two. Thank you for a great review.
Oh just a few days away, I so hope you enjoy it! I read yesterday that Dr. E is the cruise director on the Magnifica now, we had him on the Carnival Conquest and he was sooo much fun. Never paid much attention to cruise directors until we sailed with him. Hopefully you'll have a better food experience. Try the room service pizza, I hear it's amazing.

I have been on several MSC cruises, and you are correct the muster is so strange compared to other cruise lines.

I have cruise with MSC twice on two different ship’s and they are affordable but the food and service have issues. They do have beautiful ships. I just did a mom & son Disney cruise and just posted it on our channel @FunGetAways and we are ready to book our next cruise ❤

@@TeamReeseTravelsmy Husband and I cruised on Divina port of Miami and Son and I cruised on Meraviglia Orlando (Port Canaveral). Yes, the is not great if you are a foodie, they kept serving pizza, hotdogs, French fries. Main Dining was okay we requested a table for two and they did change us 😂

Funny you mention missing their port as I leave Monday and they just cancelled it until end of may. It was one reason i booked this trip too

Hey Keke. Happy Easter. Curious of your review. Waiting for my room to be ready does not bother me. They don’t have enough time to clean the rooms properly. It didn’t matter we watched it on the app. The whole ship going to their cabins and then everyone going to their muster station by stairs was crazy. On the Seascape we didn’t have to take life jackets though. The food much to my surprise was tasty, seasoned and hot in our MDR. Always something to find in the buffet. What? How do you sit for an hour and don’t even order yet? So 8 of you at this table didn’t order for an hour? Agreed. The shows especially the themed parties 80’s , white party, Caribbean night for example were great. Enjoyed you and Rj in the different activities. Rich and Jazzy say the kids club is great. Reign and Royce really enjoy and Rj testifies the same. And like you say kids activities great. Don’t get how you weren’t assigned a dining preference ; late, early or my time as that is chosen when booked and seen on check in. Great , fair and accurate review Keke in comparison to the Seascape.
Now I didn’t hear unless I missed it typing 😂; hear you speak on rude entitled passengers and there were many non American and selective service from some bartenders enough to mention who seemed to cater to yacht club guests and passengers with premium drink packages 🤦♀️. We will try the Meriviglia out of NY to compare.
