    Getting OTP then showings couldn't find any policy linked with this number....... Again asking policy number & date of birth then showing no policy find.... 😬

      I have also the same problem that my health activity is record and my wife's heath record is not shown in niva bupa health app. How this problem is being solved ?please reply

    There are 2 policy members in my policy, I was able to login but not able to sync the same for wife. My id only opens if she tries to login through my number in her app and when she tries her number than it says no email is synced

    My App is not even working since 2 months. It shows" begin" and when I click there, it doesn't show any progress. I complained through Twitter and I received lots of emails. They says your case is solved. I can't even login to the app. Whom should I contact. I have uninstalled and installed so many times and downloaded to my new phone. The result is same. I can't even see the policy details.

    How can we sync the activities of 2nd family member. Google fit? If I install app on the 2nd person's phone, the policy does not show

    Niva bupa is not a good insurance company. The cataract surgery will not cover the lens required they say it’s consumable what a joke. I’m am suffering please take my example and stay away
