When I went to Jamaica to my husband's family's house I was amazed that they are every part of the fish. Meanwhile I only ate the middle. My husband said I was wasting it so he finished it. Lol. I was surprised I even ate it. I always said that I couldn't eat anything looking at me. Lol. It was good though.

They call those mixing bowls "pudding pan" because they mainly use them to mix pudding... sweet potato or cornmeal pudding in Jamaica

Too much water....better to add, can take it away after the rice is in the pot. The liquid should barely cover the rice

No problem. I use a cast Iron skillet and the fish does not stick. Put enough oil to cover the fish and fry on medium heat. Thanks
