I have watched Gucci, Chanel, Hermes and I am always disappointed because they are showing only parts of the process to justify the price. Not enough praise can be heaped on your designs, methods, techniques and attention to detail. Really. I am always floored by your visual thinking drawings. Your well designed patterns. Your process for cutting and assembling. Your stitching and your finishing. You, sir, are one of the best on the internet. I am overjoyed to watch your video and only wish I could create such glorious leather pieces. That method for making the inside stiffener, cutting most of the leather and then after gluing removing the space is clever beyond words.

@@HahnsAtelier Learning keeps us young. I still cannot figure out how to work on my projects without scratching the leather. I try to be careful. I end up with one scratch. A little Bick 4 helps hide it.

Hi I used 1mm thick Nappa lux leather, 0.8 LB stiffener , 0.6 Bontex bottom. For the lining, Faux suede sticker sheet. Hope it helps!
