Switch retains the artistic design/lighting of the original but with better fps than the ps3. Ps4 has better textures but everything is so jarring that the Switch wins for me.

PS4 wins on models, textures, resolution, color filtering, etc. But the other consoles have a more close to reality lighting, keep in mind that the theater was light by candles, the amount of light there is in the PS4 is unreal, same for the cave. Oh and I love the new timings of the introductory animation on the Switch.

Technically the PS4 version is the best visually and PS3 the worst in performance. But its understandable if people rather prefer the Switch visuals. The PS4s brightness does changes the 'ambience' of the game and many people still prefer the PS3 coloring that has been maintained more in the Switch version. With the Switch performing better then PS3 it can be seen as the best version for hardcore fans of the original release. But any version Switch or PS4 should be enjoyable and i hope all gamers no matter what console have fun with this game.☺️ #consolewarsareover
@DejaVoodooDoll I see it and dont take it too personal but for me those little differences are for the graphic whores🙄. Really those are things i would only notice in comparison videos. I can understand for MK11 that has so much details missing in the Switch but even then it still looks good to me, only the krypt could use some work. But no matter what, we live in a age where graphical differences just aren't as big as people want to make it seem.

Because the Switch version doesn't use this lighting system, it feels a bit flatter on the whole (like the PS3/360/Wii U versions) but also allows the existing assets to age a bit more gracefully. I'm not sure what resolution the Switch version is running (based on the shimmering I'm guessing 900p?) but like most Switch ports it should be considered a half-way house between the last-gen and current-gen ports.

On Switch it doesn't look so dark, and for those who say the Switch version is a PS3 port, check the textures, illumination and shadows again, these are slightly better on the Nintendo console. I won't lie, there are elements that look better on PS3 but there are others that look better on Switch. The game size is a monster size. There's no way it can be ported on Mobile that easily and due to some of Their GPUS. And they might remove some codes and features if they plan to do it
Umm no switch looks worse than the ps3 dawngraded water effects and bloom effects and so much pop in but the only thing that's improved in the switch is better shadows and resolution and slightly better framerate
Switch is literally port version of old ac3 only add new outfit. Most feuture/ glitch in old ac3 appear in switch like the dye wont appear in cutscene, connor entering archiles house scene.
