One of the more painful endings out there. You make it out sans an arm and all the characters you've met and fought to save are left behind in a hellish, decaying nightmare. At least Tabby herself seems to be ok (mentally at least).
Fortunately, the Melodies update makes it possible for you to save Melody and the cat. Spoilers: Although, even that ending seems like it was undone by the new villain watching TV in a run-down house that looks suspiciously similar to the one that the sisters moved into after their escape.
