@@thekrispypub14 don’t get me wrong I absolutely love they way Dante and Vergil look in the main timeline if devil may cry but they basically gave Dante a whole redesign and Vergil and people thought they looked like pûssîes but once people seen the scene of Dante pulling a bullet out of his self and screaming in dmc they automatically hated the game assuming these character can’t hang with ogs when there the same characters they just look different and the story isn’t really that different ether

In my case, when I feel like when I am not happy or I took damage, I just simply start over and over until I get the outcome I want. Coz if anyone can do NO DAMAGE, surely you can too, bro 👊
Dodge the shuriken then demon pull him, thats the basic strat when he does that. He's p easy to no hit since you have access to like 4 out 6 of DMC3 Dante's styles(namely, Trickster, Gunslinger, Swordmaster and Quicksilver).

Still think 1:21 is one of the coolest moments in the fight and whole game just shows virgils greed/evil nature to best dante come to the surface even if its just for a moment. Hes wanted this fight forever and is enjoying every second

It's the same case as "Resident Evil" on Netflix. y'know when your try to "reboot" something that has it own fanbase at least you need to respect the source material. like the Tomb raider series but the DmC didn't feel like DMC at all and NT make it even worse by doing something like "dante is not" so yeah, the DmC start of by hating the original so the original fanbase just f* em up. but for me the die hard DMC fans DmC is a great game it's actually really fun to play but still not a great DMC game. I think this game will get so much more love if it went on with it own IP not the reboot.

i think this game is the proof why art direction and aesthetic is important in game development, especially if it's realted to already established franchise no matter how close the feels of combat mechanic and gameplay is compared to old dmc, i personally didn't like the fact IF this game will replaced the main title of DMC franchise there's a reason why old dmc is so memorable when this game looks like more generic modern western game aesthetic wise

I remember playing this when it first came out lol. Amazing gameplay lol, 10/10. I couldn't do this without getting hit atleast 15 times.

dude, in the original game, dante's eyes turn red in the finale and it all ends with a sharp blackout of the frame, and for you they just go away....
