(13+ to work) First en-list on a wrestling team (they train you even if you don't know) Then they will teach you head and arm which gives 4+ points or pin or they teach u throws, "suplex" is legal since your 13+ or bhantom level. after 6-12 months you will go to your first ever tournament and it does not matter if u win or lose, just have fun! then once your strength get's stronger that 1-2 years before. go back to school and literally beat the s**t of of those bullies. One more thing, you can go to ofsaa champion ship's (for 8-12 to work) enlist in a wrestling team and they will train you even if you don't know anything, you CAN,T do suplex since your novice or kids. But you can do throws on one knee. after 6-12 months you go to your first ever tournament and it does not matter if you win or lose just have fun! (After 2-3 years of wrestling both 13+ and 8-12 can go to championship's)
