It's been a long time since I've been up there. I used to fish the gorge on the west side of the ridge. The fish were huge but the going was a young mans business. The DOW used to trap mountain sheep there and move them to areas to repopulate them. An area near my land was populated with a few sheep and they moved to my property and the neighbors. While dealing with those sheep and the lung worms they got I lost all respect for the division of wildlife in Colorado.

@@russellkeeling4387 agree, I can't make sense of their narrow focus sometimes. Their recent introduction of wolves in CO while limiting ranchers' options to protect their livelihood. I don't get it.
