Honestly I could tell the difference since they were born but sometimes I do get mixed up. I’m pretty confident that baby A is Ayla and baby B is Arya. Ayla has a more rounded face and cubby cheeks and Arya has more of a longer face and her cheeks are less chubby ❤️
Playing with each other's hands is soo sweet. Your explanation of how you tell the girls apart cracked me up!!! I have actually wondered if parents of multiples have ever unknowingly mixed their babies up when they were really little and never caught it!!!!
My best friends in middle school and high school were identical twin sisters. No one could tell them apart, but they looked completely different to me and I had no trouble. I understood because when I first met them, they looked identical to me, too. That must be how it is with you and your baby girls. They are your children, you know them so well, and they now look completely different to you. Cutest babies ever though, for real!
What happens if parents take twins home and get them confused and end up calling them the opposite names for the rest of their life. How would they be able to ever know they switched names?

Oh my goodness my name is Aidhla pronounced exactly like ur daughter Ayla. My mother said she heard the name and she spelled it the way she wanted lol. We are Puerto Rican so in Spanish the D is pronounced. But in English pretty much I-L-A is all that is pronounced. 🥰 Ur girls are sooo beautiful
