On 17 July 2023 the Home Office published a Statement of Changes in Immigration Rules, with measures restricting Students switching into work routes becoming effective from 15:00 BST on the same date. Changes.

Sir, you mentioned here that student can't switch to spouse visa before completion of his/her course(11:00) and later you uploaded a video that you successfully changed a tier 4 to spouse visa before his completion of studies. Did he complete his studies and his placement period might be remaining?

28 days old funds must be shown in your bank statement account for Uk study visa.. it's finalized..
I've booked my online VFS appointment but the funds in my bank account were 16 days old..
Now on the day I've to appear personally at VFS and do BRP, my bank statement will mature for full 28 days..
My question is that my bank statement days will be counted from the date of online VFS appointment booking Or my bank statement days will be counted from the date when I get my biometric done at VFS...???

Hlo sir i have done my master degree in uk and i got sponsors from company i have applied for visa already and waiting for decision but my question is that i on my COS the starting date of my job is 26 th on august (few days left to come 26th) but still I haven’t got my decision. So what should I do if i will not get my decision till 26th august. Am little confused.

Sir my question is that my wife completed her course and she also got cos from employee but the problem is result is pending and her course end date is 17 September 2023 and job start date is after 17 September so can we apply visa or we have to wait for result. Result is not announced yet it should be in October we are very confused what we do now please guide us thank you.

Your partner or child cannot apply to switch in the UK if they have one of the following visas:
• a visit visa
• * a short-term student visa*
• a Parent of a Child Student visa
• a seasonal worker visa
• a domestic worker in a private household visa
