Listening to Mr. Hlaudi, sparks mix anger in me. Truly we are our own enemies. The true heroes are hardly celebrated. This gentleman is a true hero. Thank you King David for enabling this information to reach out to the world. Mr. Hlaudi, I, honour you.
What I've picked up, Hlaudi as COO sacrificed alot for artists and employees to make sure they are happy . He risked his job even got fired for benefiting poor employees . The spirit of Ubuntu lives within this man , I respect him for that.
Hlaudi is practically few houses from mine back home in Qwaqwa and I grew up seeing him carrying a microphone looking for stories whilst with Radio Sesotho then. I'm glad that he got an opportunity to articulate his side of the story. Enough respect.
The man understands public service better than most. Government entities aren't designed for profit....but to provide service and be sustainable. I enjoyed this conversation a lot....
One thing I realized very quickly is just how intelligent Hlaudi is. Now I realize that he's far more than that, he has heart. In every sense of the word. He has a set of values that this country seriously lacks, he's truly brave and has great intentions He's just grossly misunderstood, thanks to being vilanized in our eyes. This interview was much needed. I wish him all the best in his efforts

I have heard much of negatives narratives but this man is the best. Him not given a space to defend himself. I like the Decisions he took back in sabc.
I had the pleasure of meeting and working closely with Ntate Hlaudi ,one of the most humble and compassionate fellow I have ever met....he is genuine ,what you see is what you get God bless you Ntate
Love this. Thanks Mr Mashabela for this podcast. It's wonderful to hear Mr Motsoening himself. His story is amazing and inspiring. What a passionate and patriotic man.
I'm so motivated by this interview, I like his confidence, his passion for people empowerment, positive thinking and his unapologetic self love. I learned a lot from this discussion, I wish you could reduce this info into writing(book). All the best Mr Hlaudi.
Podcast is the future of interviews. People who are being interviewed become themselves and they get a chance to express their views without any interruptions. I however fear that if advertisers and regulators start to come into this space lot of this freedom can be compromised. Pit is that at some point this Podcasts will need to make money for self sustainability and its potential for job creation. Thanks Mr Mashabela Ntate Motsoeneng today expressed himself without been patronized or being looked at with a scorn.
Thank you for asking him tough question but also showing respect. I've seen how some people just belittle him in interviews mainly because he doesn't speak English by their standards. I think he put our music industry to where it is today with the 90% local content....Kgiba leleme le letsho keho koma ditlhare. Rona Basotho rea o hlompha.
This interview made me feel a wide range of emotions, the majority of which were directed at myself as a black person. We truly fail our black leaders, and SAn media will be the end of this country. as sad as it was seeing SABC letting go of our Siblings but a part of me was like bazenzile, they failed to support and protect this man. they all kept quiet when he was going down. Black people have no back bone!!!!!
My brother I was one of the people who was fooled by SA media in regards to this man, hearing him express himself has forced me to confront my naiveness. I must say we as black SA's are failing each other, but ke I can honestly say the media can only play that trick once which is why we seek out a proper balanced diet of news elsewhere but the biased SA media. I thank David Mashabela for having this platform.
What about the black people he chased out of the SABC. Didn't they need any support from their colleagues too? While some of us claim to stand with all blacks, we tend to stand more with those who had a voice and could use their position to silence those blacks who were the small guys and had no voice in some of these organizations. I would never celebrate a black person who crushes the little guy and most of us never get to hear the stories of the little guys because unlike him they will never get opportunities to be at such platforms to tell their stories. SAns have selective memories and that's what annoys some of us about this country.
