Great presentation! We have been working on a similar setup with katahdins and trees. Seems to be working well. We also grow bamboo for winter feed. All the remaining woody material is turning into biochar and spread back on our pastures for additional carbon sequestration and soil improvement.

What breed are your sheep? I love the idea of using tree fodder for my sheep especially during this drought.
