What about wild animals like elephants, gaurs, fox, wolves, crocodiles, pigs and host of other animals? They also want a share in your property. Since it belongs to them as well. Fact is fact .... No harm in accepting the ground reality... I myself being a full time farmer with more than 2000 areca palms and other few commercial crops know the ground reality better than many TH-cam geeks.. .... Misguiding innocent people with absolutely hypothetical astonishing figures just for the sake of promoting TH-cam videos makes no hard sense on ground ...on ground the reality is absolutely different from wat v see on the videos ... I dt deny there is substantial cash flow generation from commercial farming practices but the ultimate truth is that the cash flow will begin only after 5-10 yrs of investing in commercial farming ... One more thing it's damn easy to grow 1000s of plants in a small piece of land and raise it as all the costs and labor requirements are low and economical...now try doing dat on a huge scale it looks and becomes absolutely retarded to follow it .... For any farmer to make money as they claim on videos there are lot many things which need to be implemented and executed very professionally to achieve scale and efficiency.... Only then there is big money involved ...just like dat we farmers won't make money the way many people claim it to be ... That's the ultimate reality like it or not .... If v have scale then there is a standardized market for our produce ...for puny little quantity selling our produce becomes illogical and time consuming....
This farmer is taking highest price. How many farmers have sold areca for 600 and is that price stable? The price was like stock market it has jumped for one day to 600. Coconut u can't take more than 2K per tree avg. 800 per tree Arecanut. You should calculate minimum amount. All these calculations will work only aft 8-10 yrs. TH-camrs should make more video in development stage not already 20 yrs old crop. All farmers cannot invest for 6 yrs on horticulture crop. I myself is pumping in lot of money in my 4.3 acres land. Have planted 1000s of plants avocado, areca,Mahogany,varieties of fruits,.. it is 2 yrs old and till now have spent lot of money. I couldnt sell moringa this year due to market crash in this summer. If u plan to go for large scale there will be lot of investment in farming.
